If possible, I would love a "Commniqué" banner. All that you may wish to include are our hawk symbol (found on our flag), a red star and our national colours, blue and yellow. As the artist, I'll leave you to decide exactly what looks cool.

Below is the text that *needs* to be included, in this order:

"Офіційноє Комюніке"

English translation:
"Komisariat of Foreign Affairs of the Cossack Republic of Solyhniya"
"Official Communiqué"

If you feel foreign translations would be prudent for the banner, please include them. If you think that some other foreign translations would work too, ask, and I can get them in French, German and Russian.

Hello, I am looking for a national seal that my Empire can use. It consists of seven four pointed stars, placed in a formation of 1, 2, 1, 2, 1, wreathed in an oval of wheat, both gold, with a dragon rampant red supporter on the right, a lion rampant natural colors supporter on the left, with the crown of the Dauphin of the French Ancien Regime atop the shield, a grassy oval for the compartment, and the latin motto "Ad Maiorem Deum Gloriam," is a scroll below the compartment.

If that is not possible, then a royal flag for the Emperor's family would be appreciated. It consists of a field, gold, with a canton, blue, bearing a Heraldic Lion's Head, silver.

down-facing pentagon with the symbol centered, green bisecting line, scriptoral motto gracing the pentagon's lower end
pentagon should be about 2/3 - 1/2 size of the background (square background please)

background is black with a d/red circle touching the ends, and could you center a white circle down each pentagon edge? (a little off the line outwards) and a centeral white dot.

pentagon being a half-split between dark red and blue.

This new seal request is meant for use as the official emblem of the MNIA, a federal intelligence agency.
The seal is circular. The background is a pale sky blue. The outside edge is a deep azure, with gold lettering. On the top is the legend "Monavian National Intelligence Administration." On the bottom is the motto "Scientia est Potentia."
In the center, there is an open book, with many pages. A red ribbon hangs from the book, almost like a built-in bookmark. Hanging beneath the ribbon is a pair of ornate silver skeleton keys. A pair of laurels, forming a partial wreath, surrounds this central assemblage of items. Floating above the book, at the top of the seal's central portion, is the two-headed eagle from my national seal.
My thanks goes out to Imagery Nation for working on the tow versions of my national seal in the past. I will owe yet more gratitude and thanks for this latest request.

Yet again, I am impressed with your skill at making seals and the degree of your talents. I do, however, have three minor modifications for you to make.
First, I would like you to decrease the width of the dark blue border slightly (about 15%).
Second, I would like to have the lettering on the border increased in size by about 25%.

a sword, symmetrical double edged please.
the line goes through the middle the sword but travels under it
scriptoral as in a kind of decorative banner type (but a clean/agressive style, not a fancy frilly one)
and yes, the circle on the background touches the outside lines of the square, no further in or out please.

I already had a request once but to go again.
I used the image you had generated for me to make myself a proper large version of the coat of arms (as opposed to a small one - many nations have this difference)
Could you clean up the graphics a little so that it looked better please?

if you need the leaves are of the Tilla cordata tree (i think lime tree is in english) which is the national tree of czech and slovak people
