In general, not. If you want a specific font you need to tell us what it is, and preferably give a download link. A similar font is usually possible, although not if it's got odd features. That one should be OK.

1. Replace the 'C' in the flag with the cross which is the same in my flag.
2. The red should be replaced with light blue and the blue should be replaced with white.
3. Add this old rifle above and make it face to the opposite side of what the logo is facing. This one should be red.
4. Add the words like this:

VAKYHEN
KORNA

VURCHT
EQUOIEN

Both words should be on the banner behind the logo, coloured in silver.

5. Add a royal crown on top of the emblem.
