Could someone just alter the blue, red, and green bands around the wreath so that the red band is at the top, the blue in the middle, and the green at the bottom? Also, could someone remove the pixely texture around the bands as well, and get rid of the white background?

I'm sorry if I'm disturbing anyone here, but I can't seem to use this image anymore. It says that the image can't be found. I'm am not very good with all the technical workings of computers, so I was just asking is there would be another way to access this image and use it. I already saved the image to my files, but I can't upload it to Google where I can copy the image's address and use it.

Hello. I would like a national finance logo. Simply the words centred in black or the blue shown in the picture below (all caps) "OMII (then break) FINANCE OFFICES AND BUREAU." When centred, it should look like this, except with the obvious word changes. If this seems complicated, I would basically just like the below logo without the capital symbol (replaced with a front-facing stack of money) above, and replace CAPITAL with OMII, and METRO with FINANCE OFFICES AND BUREAU. The same font or similar would be very nice.

So, I'm making a military factbook, and I wanted a symbol/seal that represents both the Dalviric government and the Dalviric military. So, here's my request:

The first symbol, and the one in the middle, should be a golden, shiny shield with 2 silver swords behind it in a criss-cross manner. On the middle of the shield should be the Dalviric eagle in black, with the olive branches and arrows included. At the bottom of the shield should be a gold strip of sorts, written with the words "Kótravra kìkra dátaniran, while in smaller text below that saying Strength In Unity. Each word should be in black.

Can I commission a seal/patch for my Forsworn Special Forces? It would ideally look something like the First Recon Patch from the NCR in Fallout: New Vegas, only the skull would look more humanish with a black beret and sunglasses, the crossed snipers would be replaced with M16's, the red/white pattern would be replaced with a green field. Could the lettering say 'Black Berets' with the slogan at the bottom reading as "Now you see us. Now you fear us."
