I'd like a national seal. Firstly, it should have a ring that is divided as if by an X shape (rather than by a + shape) into four quarters. The top and bottom quarters should be a dark (but not too dark) red, while the sides should be a deep blue. There should be no boundaries between the quarters, the quarters being separated only by their difference in color. The boundaries between the colors should all be horizontal.
Inside this ring, which is the outer ring, I would like a wolf's head, looking down slightly at the observer. The ears should be towards the top while the mouth/snout of the wolf should be at the bottom. The color of the wolf should be a dark (but not too dark) gray. The wolf should look mostly 2D, but with 3D elements (somewhat like the eagle on the Great Seal of the US). In front of the wolf's head should be a basic Christian cross, without buds at the end, or extra bars, or any other odd shapes. The cross should be golden, with the glaze/reflection/whatever slightly visible. The cross's base should be just above the snout, and its upper edge around the top of the wolf's head. The bars shouldn't be too short, but not too long either. I imagine that the bar would be situated just above the eyes of the wolf.
That is about all. Make it look purty.
