Yes indeed a country like the D.P.R.S has nukes and it will use them on anyone who hurts my country or its people.

We used to have a small nuclear arms program, but it was dismantled after the 1985 revolution. We are now nuclear-free and will stay that way.

The UAWC has a no-nukes policy. Instead we use large and powerful airships, which are ultimately more useful.

The Federation maintains a full strategic nuclear arsenal as a deterrent.

Despite this, a couple of nations have tried to use nuclear force against the Federation... so yes, we've used our nuclear arsenal a few times.

I almost choked. Airships and nukes are two completely unrelated things- it's like substituting a percussion section in an orchestra with violas.

Not only that, but everyone here with any sense of realism whatsoever knows that airships are crap for combat purposes in the modern age. Considering what you've shown us on other threads, realism is a concept you don't entirely grasp...

JOY unit deems it illogical to avoid using any tools that may help end war. Though this is mainly because JOY unit does not intend on taking enemy land, Station 12 is perfection as it is. However, Station 12 was not designed for war and does not have nuclear weapons stocked.

Well we do have several nukes, mostly the old fashioned style nuclear bombs-- nothing as large as the Tsar Bomba, just around the size of the weapons that barbecued Hiroshima and Nagasaki. These bombs were Kalakda's first nuclear weapons and were the result of the ultra top secret "Project Modk", the Kalakdan equivalent of the Manhattan Project.

In case you didn't look it up, the Rods create massive earthquakes. It can reach deeper underground than any nuke, and it doesn't have fallout to infect my nation. Goodbye fallout shelters and underground bases.

The Peoples' Republic of Guanzhong has historically rejected nuclear weapons and other weapons of mass destruction. A brief project involving the development of tactical nuclear weapons of various forms was initiated, but it was scrapped before a prototype was constructed. There has been talk of creating a strategic submarine base in Kim Sung Nam, but these are only rumors.
