His Highness Emporer Linard Skyre and the government of the Nomadic Peoples of Damanucus wish to extend an invitation to any and all nations to establish embassies on Consulate Hill in Triolin.

Consulate Hill is a lush area of Triolin, complete with open areas which can be accessed by any consulate staff on premises. Individual Embassy grounds are 25dam² (2500m²), which should be enough to hold both the Embassy itself plus separate living quarters for family and live-in staff.

If you would like your country to establish an embassy here on Consulate Hill, just fill out the application below. Once I approve your application, you will receive a message, giving the address of your Embassy.

Important Application Information:

1. Please limit your staff to a maximum of twenty (20) members of staff. If your Embassy needs more staff than this, please provide a reason for this extra staff; each exception will treated on a per-case basis.
2. All Embassies will be provided a three-car motorcade by the nation of Damanucus. Any other vehicles required by the Embassy must be stated in the application. Each Embassy is limited to (5) vehicles, excluding the provided motorcade.
3. Owing to airspace laws, Consulate Hill does not have its own airstrip. Any aircraft required by the Embassy will be kept at Triolin Airport International. Each Embassy is limited to two (2) aircraft, which must be listed on the application.
4. No military vehicles are allowed to accompany the Embassy. If any nation needs access to military vehicles, applications must be made to the Officer in Charge in writing the day before it is required. Vehicles will only be provided per use.
5. Please limit any weapons required on Embassy grounds to small arms, blades and non-lethal weapons. All other weapons, as well as any weapons for which in-house security (e.g. gun safe) cannot be provided, will be forfeited to the Officer-in-Charge. Edit: Any nations that requires a gun safe will be provided with one.
6. Any additional requests will be considered on a per-case basis. The Officer-in-Charge has the right to refuse any requests given in the application without reason.
7. Please remember that any area on Consulate Hill that is outside individual embassy grounds is considered neutral ground, and must be treated as such. Any nation who doesn't observe this implied armistice will be promptly ejected from Consulate Hill, and disallowed from returning for two (2) years.

Dusseldorkf: Taking into consideration our nations' status as allies, I do wish to address some of your additional requests:

1. For now, your request for use of army issue rifles is rejected. I will only come to accept the rifles on one of two conditions: either they are specially designed for aesthetic use only (essentially making them non-lethal), or you explain your security reasons to me.
2. Your request to design your Embassy is approved. Please make sure, though, that you remain with your 50m×50m allocation.
3. Sadly, air space laws force me to reject your request for a helipad at your Embassy. If you wish to have a helicopter ready for emergency use, please replace one of your aircraft, as it will take its place at Triolin International, which is close by.
4. Please do not take this the wrong way, but I am rejecting your request for police custody outside your Embassy out of lack of necessity. Consulate Hill has its own dedicated security force, lead by Yours Truly, and we make it our mission to provide the best security to all nations who establish Embassies in our country. We are a visible force in Consulate Hill, and, should you need our assistance at any time, you can easily call upon it at any time on the extension, but as for 24/7 custody, we cannot provide it without compromising our level of security detail.
