Description: The Divine Royal Protection Corp is the internal paramilitary police force for the Free Republic of Aevalisi. This government run agency, which boasts 2500 officers and a national budget of ninety five million vaalas as well as a small fleet of advanced patrol boats, are well armed and well trained for normal patrol and investigation duties, as well as rapid response to situations in which normal patrolmen will have trouble dealing with. The officers of the Divine Royal Protection Corp are tasked with keeping the peace, arresting civil dissents and criminals, and to act as the command wing of the civil militia (citizen run reservist defense militia) in times of war or civil unrest. The Divine Royal Protection Corp is divided up into two main areas of patrol, the Grenada Precinct, and the Saint Vincent and the Grenadines Precinct. These two precincts have the ability to go between each precinct’s jurisdictions if the situation is deemed necessary and the Imperator signs off.
Aevalisin Corpsmen have two completely separate uniforms, the patrolman, who travel in groups of two inside their state of the art police patrol vehicles (PPV), tend to be seen with black pants, black boots, and a white police shirt as well as black accessories (such as a duty belt). The patrolmen also have a bullet proof vest equipped on the outside of their shirt, which has a badge pinned to the front and some notification markers (such as "Divina Reale Protezione Corp" in white letters on the back of the vest) that the person wearing the vest is a member of the Divine Royal Protection Corp. The elite officers of the Protection Corp, the Advanced Assault Service, are often mistaken for the military as they travel around in Armored Fighting Vehicles and Military Helicopters. Not only are they mistaken as military for that matter, they also have military styled uniforms complete with combat fatigues and urban camouflage BDUs. The officers of the Advanced Assault Service are trained to take on counter-terrorism operations, counter-insurgency operations, counter-piracy operations, and a multitude of other situations the tiny nation of Aevalisi and its people may find itself having to deal with.
