How did you get your flag??

Made it in GIMP through the combination of a re-coloured wreath found as a free to use image, a re-coloured multi-pointed star and a hammer and sickle which can be found almost anywhere.

Paint-
-The line tool
-Bucket
-A good look at the flag of Latvia
-A realization that that was far too simple
-Blue being the first color I came across
-Exchanged it for a dark blue
-Put it on the outside
-Had a realistic looking flag

Sometimes the least inspiration makes the coolest things (Lolcatz, texty faces, and Piccasso agree)

I made mine in Photoshop. It was intended to be a representation of the oceanic life of Shalotte that influences their culture so much, but made extremely simple so that it would be a believable flag. The result was a dark blue zigzag on top of a layer of light blue sky, with the sun in the top corner. Ironic, as they rarely see the sun on Shalotte.

Needed something to give Zeno a face that looked exactly like Zeno but without being Zeno. Ed is pretty much identical to Zeno, so Zeno uses a lot of Ed flags.

Made it myself in Paint Shop Pro 8, the graphics program equivalent of the ME-262. Back in the day I made a large number of flags for people.

I used MS Paint for mine from day one. And the community hasn't turned their backs on it since.

I remember when Rhodmhire used a Hank Hill picture for a flag. Those were the days.

First, I "kind of" stole a picture of a smiley face svg file I saw on the internet... that was my first flag. Then I got creative and used Inkscape to create simple shapes for the background.
