the magic of...I'm not actually sure how to describe the technology behind photography but yeah that.

If you want an actual flag just use paint and take a good look at how every nations flag has kept itself pretty simple

I hear there was a time long ago and far away where you had to draw your own flags. Some time before that, the Ancients carved them on stone tablets and taped them to their computer screens.

I used MS Paint for mine from day one. And the community hasn't turned their backs on it since.

Well,I use paint,and a starting symbol took from google images.With the flag of the Catepanate,I limited myself to taking the flag of the city of Naples,changing gold to yellow,and adding the flag the double-headed eagle that Laskaris family(a byzantine-roman family)had on their flag,and that's it.
