Whatever he so damn well pleases, he is the king and ruler of the federation and can wear whatever he pleases.

He does however wear a fashionable tunic and pants, a red cloak, jewels and the high king crown or a military uniform most of the time.

It depends. I have a full set of uniforms as Commander in Chief; I wear one of those when attending military functions. Usually when I have to decide what to wear, I seem to end up with a single-breasted suit, either navy or charcoal. For serious partying, white tie and tails.

The Chancellors of TurtleShroom all wear the Crown of TurtleShroom. They are forbidden from taking it off in waking hours, and tradition states that they can not dispense their powers without the very symbol of it on their head or cap.




The human Chancellor, though, is more interesting. In addition to the crown, he's given a whole set of regalia and symbolic garments to don, and like the turtle and mushroom Chancellors, he is required to wear it in order to dispense his duties as head of state.

The regalia is based off of the Jewish High Priests that predated Jesus. It represents the Chancellor being the leader of TurtleShroom, and as the leader, a servant of God ex officio.

On official business, the President tends to wear expensive business suits. The Commander-in-Chief prefers bluish Military-style uniforms. Finally, the Chief of the Army likes to wear Army officer uniforms.

Emperor Kingston I of the Chinese Raj typically sports a military officers uniform, with an extensive amount of war medals. In addition, he can be seen with an 18th-century Officers Sword when in public. It is primarily for show, however he will not hesitate to use it when need be.
