Need help making a header and a signature

Hey, I was kind of browsing the WA forum and I saw a guy with a cool header, as if it was a diplomatic cable, and had an equally as cool signature. How do you make either one?

As for the header, could you link us to the poster? It was most probably a combination of forum code including pictures. etc. Here is a link to a guide to the coding on the forums.

Cem's header and signature, like his IC signature and stamp is really cool. I was just wondering if anybody knew how to do that?

For the signature, I find this site to be extremely helpful, and used by many.

As for the seal/header, you may request one on this thread, but be patient.
