As proposed by the combined efforts of the honorable Ministry of Education, Princely Society of Sighland and University of Bardust, I, Empress Olivia the First, here by issue an imperial charter to establish the learned society, the Imperial Nickian Institute of Political, Economic and Scientific Research. Under my patronage, It shall be the goal of the institute to break beyond the framework of conventional wisdom and seek the higher understanding of man.

As the Holy Nickian Empire looks to the future, a future of innovation and discovery, we gladly do so in a manner where the international community may share in the quest for knowledge. With the assistance provided by the University of Bardust International Academic Placement Program(UBIAPP), Ministry of Education and Princely Society of Sighland the HNE is proud to facilitate the Imperial Nickian Institute of Political, Economic and Scientific Research(INIPESR).
Operated by some of the greatest minds throughout the empire and the world,the INIPESR is dedicated to looking beyond what we know and focusing on what we have yet to learn. From former government officials to captains of industry and leading academics the the institutes mandates is to use its resources to better the conditions of man through the field of academia.
With a $120,000,000.00 endowment by the Ministry of Education, the facilities are equip with the latest peer journals, software, databases and practical essentials. Without the burden of establishing its own funding, the INIPESR is in the unique and advantageous position to focus solely on academic disciplines.
A proud partner with the Princely Society of Sighland, the INIPESR benefits from the societies history of academic excellency and high standards. Adhering to the codes of academic conduct and practices set forth by the society, the INIPESR also seeks to present itself in the same academic light. As part of the outreach program, the society has generously opened their private libraries and archives to the use of INIPESR Fellows.
Lastly, the close relationship the INIPESR shares with the University of Bardust International Academic Placement Program once allows it fellows and scholars to be picked from the the ripest crops. Future more, with the UBIAPP an arms length away the INIPESR provides its scholars with the unmatched opportunity to test their theories and discoveries against that of some of the worlds most talents young minds.
