Yes, same as under field-conditions. This is the Guard, not the boy- and girlscouts. Usually the Unit Instructors are selected so as there can be the big mean man shouting at the girls as well as a woman doing the same thing to the boys. It has some interresting effects that are integrated in training.

Fully integrated recruit training with a common standard would result in either lowering the male standards or increasing the female failure/attrition rates — neither of which is acceptable.

We use a single common standard which varies only by branch of service. If attrition and failure rates increase as a result, so be it: This is war, not a playground.

It does indeed. All branches of the Novariean military accept both men and women, serving in any capacity as long as they are able. If you pass the initial requirements and training, you're in. If you don't, you're not. Sex/Gender has nothing to do with it.

Integrated, of course. Recruits train primarily in roughly platoon strength blocks composed of both male and female recruits. While training (just as it is in the military proper) they have the same barracks, same wash-rooms, same exercise facilities, same mess hall, same everything.

They are permitted only as long as the recruits involved keep it discreet, and it does not interfere with the performance of duties. Any sexual harassment (and even more seriously, sexual assault and/or rape) is taken extremely seriously though (even more so than in general society).

Not during training, no. The whole point of an armed force is indoctrination through fatigue and frustration. Sex would kinda mess that up. Conscripts are only permitted to have sexual intercourse during leave. Professional soldiers have, naturally, more leniency regarding this. Border guards are neither permitted during their stay (rotation is usually 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off)
