The National Security Council and the Ministry of Defence hereby announce that a nuclear weapon was succesfully tested at Carlswald's New Guinea site. The 25 kT nuclear bomb tested was detonated underground yesterday. A nuclear weapon arsenal is being created which will be administered by the Corps de Frappe. For the King and the citizens of Carlswald and the rest of the world, this is a clear sign that His Majesty's Forces will not allow any aggression against our Kingdom and our citizens.

We don't support such tests... we had the opportunity to create nuclear weapons long ago, and we didn't. The Dictatorship of Bulgharia oficially condemns the nuclear test and suggests that all nuclear weapons are destroyed.

Langenberg approves of such tests as this, seeing them as essential to national security. We fully intend to develop such weapons as soon as we are able.

The United Kingdom will not use nuclear weapons except in an emergency case. We however, condemn dictatorships.
