Are People allowed to leave your country?

Postby Kalaspia-Shimarata » Fri Jul 22, 2011 4:10 am

Okay, so we all know that there are some countries, especially communist countries, which don't allow people to leave the country. They must remain in the country. Is your country one of them? Ours is certainally not! People are allowed to leave anytime they leave. What about yours? If your citizens are only allowed to leave for a certain amount of time, what if they don't return?

Kalaspia-Shimarata's flag represents the Union between K&S. The dark blue represents the sea and the light blue represents the sky. In Kalashi language considers light blue and dark blue to be different colours. England colonised, and unified K&S, between 1774 and 1953, and English, light blue and dark blue are considered to be the same colour. Therefore, the contrast between dark blue and light blue represents the union, but the differences between K&S where as blue being two but simultaneously one colour represents K&S being two, but simultaniously one entity. The opposite to the symmetry represents the unity and indipendance of K&S, whilst also representing the Kalashi culture of opposite symmetry.KS is 75% Christian, hence the cross.

Every citizen can freely leave the country to go in another country. This freedom is denied to those who they are under judicial process or if the authority of public safety is completing of surveyings for serious crimes on the individual.

Yes, they have the freedom to emigrate. However, there is a cap to how many people can emigrate.

Technically, permanently leaving the country is illegal and a form of Treason Against the Nation.

In practice, Decepticons go offworld all the time to do their raiding, and if they stay gone nobody will care unless they're known dissidents. If they are, then Foreign Intelligence is tasked with hunting them down before they set themselves up on some other planet and cause us trouble.

Yes, people are generally allowed to come and go from Ruskarkand as they please.

As for the people who were born here, they are also free to leave, but normally, they do not leave for that long, they always seem to come back sooner or later.

Knothhole has a limit. Only 20 million people maybe be on vacation at a time. If people wish to go on vacation if the limit is reached, they must pay a B$4000 fine per every 2 people. If they wish to leave the country forever, they must go through a year long registration process and pay a B$6000 fine per person, and pay next year's taxes in advance before they may leave the country. Any persons caught leaving the country illegally are sent back and are fined B$3000 per person, and each attempt raises it. So attempt 1=B$3000 attempt 2=B$4000 etc. The only exceptions are military families and government officials.

Yes,but they should not assimilate too much. They must make powerful lobbies able to put under big pressure the host nation, when our government requires it.And people who emigrate got to SWEAR to do it.Thinks of the Jews and their AIPAC in America.Got the idea?Right, the only difference is that our emigrants are less parasitic.
