At That price Even if We lowered The Mission Cost to 1 trillion It would Still Take 1000 astronauts To pay for it.We only have room for a few 100.
You can Send Scientific Experiments For A cost.
You Could Help Pay for The First Probe.

Total Astronauts 20

Also It may Travel Slower like Warp .5 Instead of Warp.9
