Short History of your Nation:
The Domain of Macedon is a relatively old nation, with deep roots in the ancient Macedonian Empire that stretched from Bosnia to Georgia at it's height in 452 AD (not the same as RL Macedonian Empire, which was much larger). The Empire has weakened since then. With Eastern Anatolia and the Caucasus being lost, the Domain under the young king Alexander XIV is trying to reassert itself in the region, reclaiming what he believes to be rightfully his.
Short Description of your nation:
The Domain of Macedon has a society that generally emulates Classical Mediterranean Culture. The Wine industry is very robust and most people are friendly and love the climate. There is some ethnic tension in the norther parts of the domain, particularly between Muslim Albanians and Christian Serbians. The government is somewhat authoritarian. People cannot vote, and the king has absolute power (along with the economic oligarchs), but loyalty is all that is needed for an average person to be left alone.
