- by planning to not have children/abstinence: Legal
- by using condoms and other equipment: Legal
- by taking pills and medicines: Legal
- abortion: LEGAL: There is no absolute time limit as all cases are individually assessed to determine the best possible solution, unless it is clear that abortion is the only credible way to save a patient's life or dignity.
- sterilization: Legal if voluntary: eugenics is outlawed.
- also are positive medicine like Viagra allowed in your nation: Pharmacists require a licence to sell any drug in Minoa, a measure to tackle fake online medicines.
- are assisted reproductive treatments allowed to treat infertility. Treatments like In vitro fertilisation: Legal
- tell us more about this issue in your nation: Sex and contraception is one of the biggest issues due to the AIDS/HIV issue. In addition the rise of online pharmacies has brought up the issue about fake pill being sold by unscrupulous dealers from overseas. Abortion is not a controversial issue in the country.

The right to contraception is constitutionally protected in Wikipedia and Universe, under Section 3 of the 24th Amendment to the Wikipedian Constitution, detailing protection of pregnant individuals and reproductive rights.
The Wikipedian Constitution wrote:Amendment 24

Section 3. Equal rights, privileges, and treatment without discrimination shall not be denied or abridged on account of pregnancy, and the absolute right of all persons to make their own reproductive decisions, including means of contraception of pregnancy and the termination thereof, the latter up to a period of deemed viability, shall not be infringed under the law.

- by planning to not have children: Perfectly legal
- by using condoms and other equipment: Legal. Condoms and similar devices are available without prescription or any other restriction.
- by taking pills and medicines: Generally requires a prescription. Cannot be prescribed to minors below the age of 18 without parental consent.
- abstinence: Officially encouraged for single people.
- abortion: Not legal as a method of birth control. Abortion is legal only in cases of rape, incest and "medical necessessity." (Though the "medical necessessity" exception is rather liberally applied.)
- sterilization: Legal, though generally only with the person's consent.
- also are positive medicine like viagra allowed in your nation: Legal with prescription, though not for minors under the age of 18.
- are assisted reproductive treatments allowed to treat infertility. Treatments like In vitro fertilisation: Restricted. For example, to eliminate the need for selective abortions, no more than two embryo's may be implanted in a woman's uterus at one time (or no more more than one, if the woman is medically incapable or otherwise unwilling to carry two babies to term.)
- tell us more about this issue in your nation: Other than an aversion to abortion, most Beringovians have a fairly liberal attitude towards contraception.

Legally speaking, is a reptillian considered "born" when the egg leaves the mother's body? or only when he/she actually hatches?

Obviouly before they are born, it's not that common though as the license to have children is like a driving license-most people can get it.

- by planning to not have children: It is not the business of the State whether or not a citizen chooses to have a family.
- by using condoms and other equipment: Condoms and 'other equipment' are fully legal and can be found almost everywhere, and are extremely inexpensive.
- by taking pills and medicines: Fully legal, and are extremely inexpensive.
- abstinence: None of the State's business, although many Rustonian citizens would likely laugh and mock a person choosing to be abstinent.
- abortion: Fully legal, anonymous, and a guaranteed women's right.
- sterilization: Compusory sterilisation is illegal. Voluntary sterilisation is legal.
- also are positive medicine like viagra allowed in your nation: Legal, quite inexpensive, and can be found in most places.
- are assisted reproductive treatments allowed to treat infertility. Treatments like In vitro fertilisation: Completely legal and relatively inexpensive.
- tell us more about this issue in your nation: It's not much of an issue in the Socialist Republic of Rustonia. Most citizens take a rather libertarian view of the subject, and believe people should have absolute control over their own bodies.

- by planning to not have children:
Perfectly legal. The choice to have children is one only the woman herself can make.

- by using condoms and other equipment:
Yes, perfectly legal.

- by taking pills and medicines:
Also completely legal, though all medicine is held to high safety standards by the imperial government and patients must be advised of possible side effects.

- abstinence:
Why wouldn't this be legal? The choice to have sex or not can only be made by the individuals involved.

- abortion:
Completely legal, with no restrictions.

- sterilization:
A serious step to take, but if someone wants to fix themselves, it is perfectly legal to have this procedure.

- also are positive medicine like viagra allowed in your nation:
Yes. Numerous medicines to facilitate the preferred physiological mechanisms for sexual activity exist for both males and females.

- are assisted reproductive treatments allowed to treat infertility. Treatments like In vitro fertilisation:
Yes, but the government will not help you pay for them.

- tell us more about this issue in your nation:
The Empire is a very sexual society, generally speaking. However, most prefer not to have enormous families, so birth control, in some form or another, has always been practiced. In older days, before modern medicine, various miscarriage-inducing herbs were consumed to avoid unwanted children. When unavailable, abandonment/infanticide was a common method for disposing of such. With the advent of safe medical abortion, that became the most common method of birth control besides primitive condoms until the era of modern medicine in which we have a variety of contraceptives for both men and women, including both barrier methods and hormone/chemical methods.

Unlike many societies, this isn't all that controversial an issue in the Empire.

- by planning to not have children: Legal and surprisingly common
- by using condoms and other equipment: Condoms are good for preventing diseases that haven't been patched out yet, but sterilization is the best contraceptive method.
- by taking pills and medicines: This is for biologicals
- abstinence: ... That must be another bio thing
- abortion: Leaving a new Decepticon half-made on a bench is no big deal
- sterilization: Mandatory for biologicals. Random reproduction ruins our quality control efforts
- also are positive medicine like viagra allowed in your nation: Defective bio-analogous modification parts are best sent back to the factory for repairs.
- are assisted reproductive treatments allowed to treat infertility. Treatments like In vitro fertilisation: No, all humans are to be made in the Cloning Center where all gestation conditions can be perfectly controlled and monitored
- tell us more about this issue in your nation:
Decepticon reproduction is a process that requires the very deliberate and careful writing of at least 100 million lines of Code and the construction of a suitable body for it to run in. It cannot be initiated without the intentional labors of the Coder, and it cannot continue without the Coder's ongoing work. It's a quite arduous process.

Needless to say, preventing the initiation or completion of new Decepticons is no problem at all. In fact, the government has had to put out a lot of pro-reproduction propaganda to get enough of us bother!

As for humans, we've shut down their automatic reproduction sequences. The randomness that evolutionists love is more likely to produce a mediocre or worse result than it is to result in improvement. This played havoc with early attempts to produce a decent product.

To be able to consistently produce high-quality slaves, all human production was moved to the Cloning Centers, which generate them based on the current Approved DNA Codec. When making our genetic modifications, we found it easier to shut off the production of gametes than to delete the sex drive altogether, so that's what we did.

Though humans can have as much sex as they want without reproducing, that doesn't mean they get a chance to do it much. They're supposed to be working for us at all times, not hiding in the mine corridors mating. Those found mating instead of working too often will be completely neutered.

- tell us more about this issue in your nation:
To have children, a Lyranian will have to visit a stud-house. She will have to pay a stud-fee to use the services of the stud-house. Typically the stud-fee is paid 50% up front and 50% after the child is born. If the child is male, the remaining 50% stud-fee as well as the stud-fee for the person's next child is waived. Also, the national government pays the mother a stipend equal to nine months' median salary in her home province. The mother may choose to nurse the male child herself, or she may surrender him to the stud-house immediately.

- by planning to not have children: sure, that's their perogative.
- by using condoms and other equipment: planned parenthood is encouraged by educational means and a guaranteed constitutional right
- by taking pills and medicines: see above
- abstinence: is discouraged. Education clarifies that there are effective means of contraception, and sex is fun after all.
- abortion: is legal and a guaranteed constitutional right
- sterilization: is discouraged, albeit legal
- also are positive medicine like viagra allowed in your nation: Medicine itself has to be tested by the People's Commissariat for healthcare and social equality. There is a certificate of effectiveness issued if test co0me back accordingly, as to stop the distribution of ineffective medicine.
- are assisted reproductive treatments allowed to treat infertility. Treatments like In vitro fertilisation: Yes, and they fall under the "right of physical welfare" as described in the cionctitution as e universal right of every citizen. This is one of the "prime directives", the highest order of rights in any voronda law. (regarded similar to universal human rights)
- tell us more about this issue in your nation:

Sexual education is mandatory, at least a year of courses is held in school before reaching the age of consent. It includes the physical mechanics involved, advice on medicinal issues and a lecture upon the pleasureable forms and eventually dangerous practices. In general the issue is seen very liberally: Young people are encouraged to experiment in finding their personal modus operandi. All orientations and practices are taught and seen as equal. We take care though that proper contraception is used, and that parenthood is taken seriously: having sex is fun. Having a child is a heavy responsibility. Thus giving a child up for adoption is highly discouraged, and planned parenthood or termination of pregnancy are the prefered alternatives.
The result is a highly "promiscuous" (we prefer the expression "sexually libertarian") culture that actively encourages sexual intercourse and other practices as fun and recreation.
