Dear Sir Lirfane,

Please allow me to begin by thanking you for your application for a diplomatic mission, it has been received with great appreciation. It is my responsibility to review and make a judgement on incoming applications for embassies within Edom, and for extending diplomatic missions outside of Edom. With that in mind, please allow me to thank-you on behalf of the Foreign and Commonwealth Office of Gouvernement De Sa Majeste for your application.

I would like to make it clear that this communique is to be taken as an acknowledgement of your Government's application. After reviewing your application and reviewing the requirements, I am able to accept your diplomatic mission. As aligned with the information provided above, please allow me re-literate that we will respect the diplomatic immunity of your ambassador's as outlined by the Diplomatic Immunity Act (2004), passed by the Senatus Maiestatis Edom.

To the Rt. Hon. Sofia Conti,

The Greater Island Kingdom of New Hayesalia has a longstanding effort and policy of widening it's diplomatic efforts. On this occasion we are
in the planning stages of submitting administrative and technical reports within this department however we require further information on a
number of points in the documents provided by the Edom Government.

We also wish to enquire as to what actions would be considered grounds for deportation and if the Edom Government would allow the required
period of prepatory time for the person declared persona non grata to depart the nation.

We are also concerned that the level of diplomatic immunity and inviolability offered by this Embassy program falls short of international standards,
and the same levels of protection offered by our national program. As such, we request dispensation to provide a New Hayesalian Embassy and
authorities with the diplomatic arrangements of our national program.

Furthermore as both of our nations have populations well in excess of billions, and noting New Hayesalia's additional duty to provide consular support
to citizens of Greater Prussia at appropriate times, we will be requesting a staff allowance in excess of the limits tallied in this application process.
