There are no copyrights, patents, or trademarks in JJ Place. Intellectual property is the property of all; no one owns ideas.

All are state issued, with the following time parameters:

Copyright: expires 200 years after original publication
Patents: expire 100 years after issue
Trademarks do not expire.

In Junii, the person who registers their idea/intellectual property first holds the rights. however, the rights cannot be granted to a general idea.

for instance. a specific song like... say S&M can have a right granted to the first person to register it. however, a song "about a specific sexual fetish" won't. Any legal action can only be taken by the holder of the right. so groups like the RIAA, who act on the artist's behalf, don't exist in Junii.
on the other hand... I have another set of fingers.

Unscramble these words...1) PNEIS. 2)HTIELR 3) NGGERI 4) BUTTSXE
1) SPINE. 2) LITHER 3)GINGER 4)SUBTEXT
