There are not Nazis in Christian Democrats. (At least, there aren't any Nazis who are open about their beliefs.) If there were Nazis, then they'd be allowed freely to express themselves so long as they didn't infringe on anyone else's rights or threaten public safety or security.

The state doesn't attempt to silence those with nazist ideals. However, nazistic ideals are very unpopular among the people of the FKR who generally favour liberty. While nazis are allowed to voice their political opinion like anyone else in the nation can, as freedom speech is a constitutional right, those who support the nazi ideology must respect other people's rights. Police forces will harshly punish any crime that is commited. Ideology is not a reason to commit a crime in the FKR, as such, while nazis are allowed to protest against gay marriage, or any such liberties for homosexual people, they are not allowed to disrupt order through assaults on people for their sexuality or ideology. Nazis receive no special treatment by the government, they receive equal treatment and are punished equally if they commit any crime, regardless of whether it was ideology based or not.
