july 2011. Our great leader of the prolateriats Charles Vain III Dies and a great funeral was held. The Communist party has not announced a leader and the Central Committee shall take over till a new leader arises. The state defines the leadership as the leader is chosen by the Committee based on his leadership skills and on physical and mental states that are healthy. the Central Committee can take his leadership away or give it back based on his proformance of leadership.
