In the end it would likely become either a stalemate or victory for either side, and even with Saurisain victory the Covenant would become a religious fraction, however if the Covenant killed off the head planet, then took out other major planets, then expect annexation into the Covenant, if it is a stalemate, you will see the prophets being killed and power going to the true Council all the way.
true, but most is actually civilian as the religion is mostly peaceful, however if we wanted to we could create a huge ass A.I army which A.I have no problem being soldiers. plus there is logistics, and the only reason for such a population is because of Human breeding, Aegi breeding, and the constant Annexation, hell were going to Annex a PT alien soon.
