How are your postcodes organized (if you have any). What comprises a postcode in your nation. For us, the PLZV (Postcode Administration Office) issues postcodes. There are six districts in the nation (including the capital, Bangala), they get the following codes:
Amorestria: A
Bangala District 1: B1
Bangala District 2: B2
Bangala District 3: B3
Bangala Central District :BC
Osterata: O
Timerason: T

The postcodes for (for example) Central Bangala are:
BCJ 5WQ
Each postcode district is then subdivided into subdistricts, 9thus the last letter of the first set of digits), set by the alphabet. the last three letters are the personal identifier of the address

There are no post/area codes in Tsvarchi.

There are no post/area codes in Tsvarchi.

The same goes for Lelf, mail is done by the Private Sector.

The format is usually AAA9 9A9

The first letter represents the province. Each of our 24 provinces have a single letter to designate them. Some are logical - for example, Kixas is K and Quirmland is Q. Others are less so - Kerrighan is G, even though two provinces start with that letter (Guttland is U, Gypusia is Y). The smaller provinces are often allocated letters which have nothing to do with them, such as Menissia which gets J and Lancre which gets X. Sitherland gets the letter F - often rumoured to be a reference to how locals tend to call it "Sifferland".

In addition, the overseas territory of Dursley gets the letter P. All other overseas territories get the letter R.

The next two letters represent the town in the vicinity. For example, Zemphis is ZP and Logan is LG. The largest cities are often divided, so PW is Peel West and PE is Peel East. The number at the start represents a specific division of this postal area.

The last letter and provide unique identification. Though several houses will share a postcode, each house has unique combination of a postcode and house number. All houses are numbered.

7ANP 4P2 is located in Ankh Morpork (A) in the seventh district of the Newport postal area (NP)
9JWV 2G9 is located in Menissia (J) in the ninth district of the Waverley postal area (WV)

Interesting things that pop up:
Dursley is the only place in ArghNeedAName territory where soft drugs are entirely legal. The largest city in Dursley is Otala, which has the district code of POT.
Umine in Bornia used to have the district code BUM. It's now been changed to BUE.
Addiscombe in Skundland has the code SAD
Eston in Gypusia has the code YES

You'll be pleased to know that Ullakyle in Sitherland (F) has the district code of FUL, and not anything ruder.

Edit: Post is semi-privatised, but postcodes remain in use, especially for satnavs.

Mail is done by Private Sector. Bulgharia reliquinshed its monopoly on mail services long ago

[Swilatia]

Postal codes in Swilatia consist of 6 numbers, usually split into 2 groups of 3 numbers, ex. 200-001

For some strange, unknown reason, are no codes starting with 0, 1, or 9.

Region Code (RC): 1 to 29

Township Code (TC): 1 to (depends on how many towns/cities are in the region)

Land Code (LC): 1 to (depends on how many pieces of land are recognised in each town/city)

House Code (HC): AA to ZZ (depends on how many houses are in the land recognised)

e.g. Grand Admiral Zakhar's House = 1-5-1-AR

Usually in the form AA99 9AA, AA9 9AA, A9 9AA, A99 9AA, A9A 9AA or AA9A 9AA. Just as complex as the real postcodes we use.

[Valcluse]

Despite most of our mail services being state owned, we do not use postcodes. There are only six provinces within Valcluse so there really isn't much trouble finding the right city or town address.

[Great Nepal]

There are none.
Postal service is privatized, and even if it wasn't - we would expect you to write basic address such as "House name/number, Street name District and Zone", with those - we can find your location.

Post codes are pretty much useless. When you drop a package off at a mail service, they should probably know that in order to mail the package from 1240 3419th Street to 3794 3918th Street you need to head north for 499 blocks, then head east for 268 blocks... easy enough. A postal code won't make it easier.
