Are all born with equal rights in your nation

Are men, women, or both born with equal rights in your nation. Or do they gain these rights over time?

Here, women gain equal rights at the age of 20, but men must prove themselves by joining a war band before their 16th birthday, and mst fight untill there 20.

Males and Females are indeed equal. They gain these rights over time until they reach the age of legal citizenhood, 18.

Article 1 of the Constitution of Ahi Maunga:

As such all men and women whether they are Maungan (Native), or Taitea (European descent) they are granted equal rights at birth. Those who are foreign born are also granted these equal rights when they are visiting Ahi Maunga

There is no such thing as "equal rights" in Saurisia beyond gender equality and Reptilian (and Non-Human equality to a lesser extant) equality, Mammals are looked upon with suspicion, especially Humans, by the general populace. Any Senator who's foolish enough to try to pass this through would soon find a huge angry mob at his/her house.

Everyone is born with equal rights, responsibilities and privileges.

However, as soon as is possible, children are divided into the Intellectual Elite and... The rest.

This process however, takes no account of gender race sexuality or creed. And the 'rest' are hardly discriminated against and, in fact, often turn out to be the most wealthy, being that it is they who most often form successful businesses.

Women are given the same rights as men when they turn 21, legal age of citizenship
Men aren't given equal rights until they join the army at age 17 and serve 4 tours or until they turn 19, and even then they have to wait until 21 which is the legal age of citizenship

No, you can be born a noble, a non-citizen, or a slave, you have to work to go from a non-citizen to a citizen or noble, and even harder if you were born a slave.

In our glorious nation technically all are "born" with equal rights, exceptions of course being our leader the queen must be female.
However most if not all rights are liquidated on a civilian's sixth birthday. After which they become second class citizens.

Oh well can't please them all. ^_^
