It doesn't appear to have done anything of note.
Awful flag though.

This does raise a rousing question that made numerous members of my cabinet giggle like mere schoolgirls. What do we think of Sovietyeto? Well, the name is certainly convenient here, considering my tendency to accidentally spell Soviet with an additional 'y' at the end; however it does give an unfortunate reason to automatically add you to a list of nations we would rather set ourselves on fire and dance naked in the streets of Port Albert than contact.
Yet you step on our door, filthy and vodka in hand, demanding that we judge you. Not only that we judge you, no, that would be selfish of us to believe we are that important, but that the world judge you. Why is the question I must prose; why must you attempt to gain a mere second in the thoughts of nations that otherwise have far more important things to do. My staff wasn't amused that I seriously considered taking a moment to write this brief letter to the grand Stalinist nation of Sovietyeto.
You want to be judged? Fine, here is my personal opinion as President of the Imperial Republic what I think about you poor, poor people. The first issue is your flag. I truly thought that the silly fad of eastern bloc nations getting attention with their shiny red flags and overly used hammer and sickle combination died long ago. Apparently I was wrong, since the miserable attempt at a fact book my aides have assembled shows such a horrifying waste of toner ink cartridges.
I have no clue, nor the desire to be informed, of why there are nine poorly aligned stars on the flag of Sovietyeto. Perhaps states, perhaps representing years since breaking off from some obscure fallen soviet state. It isn't my business to know, but I would appreciate a brief meaning of the flag of Sovietyeto mailed back to my office should you choose to respond. It makes it wonderfully more professional for our fact book editors should they have a clue what is going on.
Being a capitalist nation, largely oriented towards people's own personal advancement and goals while the Federal government exists primarily to operate and fund the more basic welfare systems and the military, we find your economic and political choices absurd and disgusting to us. How one's people could choose the system of Socialism, which parades under the guise of being for the people, completely evades our minds.
You wanted our opinion, and we returned you this brief message. We hope those in the government of the United Socialist States of Sovietyeto have a wonderful day, month, and year.
Sincerely,
The offices of Kimberly Harden
President of the Imperial Republic of Cyrupe

The Sovietyeto wrote:Socialism is an economic form, and our flag means that if you work hard you will achieve great things. The 9 stars represent the 9 states in the Sovietyeto.
Socialism in the Sovietyeto means an income tax is the only tax. Also government waste at the end of the month is evenly split up and givin to it's citizens. We have laws to prevent exploitations and protect our citizens from hazardous conditions when working. Also Sovietyeto is pronounced, So vite yeetow. Thank you and have a nice day.
