National Holidays in the Koy People's Democratic Republic are as follows:



Celebration of the Ohanka idea, 1st Janurary, Celebrates the Ohanka idea (Ohankaism) and how it guides the people of Koyro on the Socialist Path.

National Revolution Day, 13th Feburary: celebrates the day that communist revolutionaries took up arms against the Fascist Empire of Koyro in 1945.

Foundation Day/Liberation Day, 21st Feburary: Celebrates the day that the Fascist Empire was overthrown and a Socialist Koyro was established in 1949

Reunification Day, 28th April, Celebrates the reunification of Koyro resulting in the destruction of the Fascist Republic called "The Republic of Free Koyro" and the creation of the Koy People's Democratic Republic in 2011. Also marks the absolute end of Fascism in Koyro, end division of the Koy People and the end of Capitalist Profiteering in Koyro.

Karl Marx Birthday 5th May

Koy People's Liberation Army Day, 15th July, Celebrates the day the Koy people were organised into the Koy PLA to fight the Fascist Emppire, 1945.

Equality Day, 7th August: Celebrates the equality of all working men and women.

Ohanka John's Birthday, 3rd October, Celebrates the birthday of the current Paramount Leader Ohanka John, as well as another glorious year under his leadership, celebrated since 1994

Friedrich Engeles Birthday 28 November

National Celebration of Labour, 24th December: celebrates the achievements of the working class in Koyro.

Victory Day (6th February) - the end of the Great Patriotic War in 1945

Federal Election Day (by convention the first Thursday of May - always a bank holiday)

Founding Day (25th May) - the day our country began in 1819, and also a traditional day of protests and revolutions

Remeberance Day (11th November) - anniversary of signing of the armastice of the Discworld War in 1918, also in mourning of soldiers who died since

Foundation Day: May 15th. We remember the day of the Foundation of "The Federation of Greitania".

Day of the Hero: Feb 2nd. We conmemorate the defear of Gibet in 1944, when two fleets were sunk in battle against 7 enemy fleets from the badlands.

Day of Peace: Jun 1st. We celebrate a new year with a huge festival, representing our wishes of peace and unity. We invite some international leaders to our festival, in signal of frienship with their nations.

Black Winter: March 5th. We remember the death of 5.000 children in a fire, the night of the 5th of March provoked by a psycho.

We have only four national days, but in any of those days, we cancel school and non political and military jobs.

[Vytalus]

April 7th- Brown Envelope Day- every April 7th, the subjects of Vytalus Express their love of the Emperor in the way he likes best, by sending a financial expression of their gratitude and affection in non-sequential large denomination hard currency banknotes

May 11th- Jammin Day Reggae music and street festivals as Vytalians celebrate their countries lax drug policies to the fullest extent of the law. Huge International tourist attraction.

June 5th- Weren't the 90s awesome day? The Vytalians adopt period 90s costume and perform traditional 'gangsta-raps' and attend large scale technically illegal dance music events...

September 13th Badboi Killa Day- Traditional Vytalian Military Songs (Tupac's 'Hit 'Em Up' & Merauder's 'MasterKiller') are played on repeat across all radio sations and PA systems as a huge military parade takes place in the capital, ending with mass drinking and traditional brawling. Live footage with aggressively xenophobic commentary is beamed into all neighbouring nations.

October 8th- The Emperors Official Birthday- All subjects are compelled to volunteer to take part in massive state-organised spontaneous carefully rehearsed displays of their love for and gratitude toward the Emperor. He likes big explosions and loud guitar-based music, and carefully notes each communities efforts...

December 8th- Dimebag Memorial Day- The subjects of Vytalus listen to and discuss the music, life and legacy of Dimebag Darrell, Pantera guitarist and national Icon.

Imbolc- February 1st||Festival that is associated with the Goddess Brigid.
Bealltainn-April 30th|| Beginning of Summer Season.
Green Republic Day- June 21st|| Founding of the republic
Lùnastal-August 1st||Harvest Festival
Samhuinn-October 31st-November 1st||End of the harvest, and also it is New Years.

[Valcluse]

Valcluse specific holidays:
March 15th: Independence Day, which marks the day when Valcluse seceeded from France and the Kingdom of Sardinia.
September 3rd: Memorial Day, where Valclusians and French people mark the day WWII began to remember those who sacrificed their lives resisting the Nazi occupation.
November 13th: Day of St. Helene, a religious festival held for three days where Valclusians celebrate the birthday of Sainte Helene, the patron saint of the nation.

As well as those, we also celebrate the other generic Christian holidays like Christmas, Easter, etc.
