By order of the Secretary of Education of the Federative Deliberative State of Stirling Alloa Quynh Ong under the Foreign Relations & Informational Act of 2011, in association with the Stirling Alloa Department of Affairs and the Executive Division of the Stirling Alloa University Foundation, Professor Mark Hamilton (Ph.D., General History), Professor Nina Winters (Ph.D., Military History & Function), Professor Tyrone Burns (Ph.D., Geology; Masters of Science) and Professor Stephen Grossman (Ph.D., Political Science & Societal Statistics; Ph.D., Theoretical Economics) have been authorised to create a national factbook and maintain its function as a legitimate information source and for entities, both foreign and domestic, and offer interrogative services.
