War and Diplomacy in your nation

The Pen is Nothing if not a Way to Wield the Sword...

Diplomacy is used to interact with other nations. Whereas War is used to conquer new worlds and claim them for our nation as well as to intervene in conflicts deemed necessary for us to get involved in. We are a militaristic state, after all.

It depends on the situation. We try to use as much diplomacy as possible. However, we will use force if the situation requires the use of said force.

Speranzia tries to settle any and all international matters in the most diplomatic way possible and few times ever relies on its own army to set a record straight. We find acts of violence and war, even if to counter another nation's acts, rarely solves an issue but instead promotes those acts to other nations, particularly our allies, and to our citizens. We take great precaution in ensuring that war remains undeclared until absolutely necessary and to not militantly involve ourselves (Except in international crisis that calls for it) in the affairs of other nations.

In basic, diplomacy until force is absolutely necessary.

Romalae settles its international conflicts and issues with diplomatic talks between the subject organization or nation. If they're not willing to cooperate and wish to use force, Romalae may retaliate, but only if the other attacks Romalae first.
