The land that became slivary was discovered in 109 by tribes in boats. The tribes lived sepratly for many years until 1199. In this year Beau Iioph lead a campign that united all the tribes and made them one confedercy. In 1689 th british landed. They conquered. Rich planters were never happy with the taxes. In 1774 the planters lead a revoltion and overthrow British rule. From then on a council of elected officals ruled Slivary. Planters again unhappy with their lack of power staged a coup in 1865. From then on the planters ruled with an iron fist leaglizing slavery for the first time. In 1945 Communism arrived. The People thinking this to be a better form of government lead a large scale revolt that ended in civil bloodbath. In 1950 Slivary became communist. It stayed this way until 1998. With the help of US secret forces, a revolt put democracy in power. But by the end of that year the rebulic failed and in its place the Proud Empire of Slivary was formed.
