Now it's nearly impossible to immigrate legally (unless you can provide a really good reason of being here), and illegal immigrants are shot on sight as outsider spies.
Some may say we're missing out on the diversity, but least we got rid of those pesky Englishmen with their penchant for football hooliganism and indecent exposure near our national monuments while drunk, of the worthless Russian alcoholics and their shitty techno music (not that it wasn't invented yet back in the 40's), of the filthy stealing, swindling, dope-dealing Gypsy scum, and most of all, of the sneaky, greedy, wretched traitorous Jews. An outsider cannot be expected to understand how it is to deal with foreigners that haven't got a trickle of loyalty for this nation.

Illegal immigrants entering our islands are shot on sight. Foreigners don't have
any constitutional rights and can be searched and imprisoned by the authorities without any warrant or trial. When a Kaichuanese is caught doing a crime, he/she is sent to a working camp. A foreigner caught doing a crime is shot the same day and the country where he comes from get a bill for the cost of the bullet. In general, Kaichuanese treat foreigners with respect, the population of the country being very polite and respectful. Although foreigners are treated with respect by the Kaichuanese citizens, they tend to be ignored and avoided.

What if the country refused to pay for the bullet. Case in Point: Xanicea has no spare money for such trivial affairs. We're too busy building our military and educating our people.
