Sabiro has a very small minority popuation - the island's population itself is relatively small and homogenous. There are roughly 817,000 immigrants. Roughly 730,000 persons on the islands are ethnic minorities, predominantly of Asian descent.
Are they treated well?
Yes, minorities are afforded the same rights as anyone else. Religious minorities exist and are not persecuted.

There are many minorities in Costa Fiero. Ayaqui Indians and mezitos, or mixed blood comprise 9% of the population. Ayaqui Indians have not always been treated fairly over the years and discrimination still exists. However, most Ayaqui and mezitos are treated well these days. There are also small Italian and German speaking communities. Many people who live in the eastern provinces also speak some Portuguese as a second language, due to their proximity to Brazil. There aren't enough black people in my country for there to be a proper record of how they're treated. All white people are seen as equal regardless of their nationality. The official working language of the country is Russian, though regional languages are recognized. Since citizens of my country are expected to be proficient in five languages, there is no problem with communication in my country.

Every citizen knows Russian and English. The other three prevalent languages in my country are Serbian, Ukrainian, and Spanish.
