Can I get a flag?

can I have two of these horses, on the flag in the middle with their backs up against each other. Can you make them white though? If that size is too small, then I also have this one.

While I want this crown above the two horses, in the center in of them.

Color wise, can it be three stripes, Red, Blue, Red.

The Red like on the liectenstein flag, and blue like on the blue like on the Luxembourg flag. Preferably below the 12kb limit larger than the NS Default flags. So it's not resized to 214x142.

I would like a flag, i want a tricolour, red,orange, yellow in that order. A siloutte eagle in a nazi eagle position on an olive branch and the national motto, ''one life hardly balances billions'' in italic below it please.
