You don't know full Communism. It has never even been achieved, not once. It requires everyone work the same hours at the same time for the same goal with the same rewards. People are too selfish. Example:

The moral of the story is, people are too selfish and or greedy. This does not work. Communism usually involves Dictatorships anyway. Marx had a good idea of a utopia, but people twisted it.
