Men are equal to women, who are equal to those who consider themselves androgynous or otherwise genderqueer, to use the collective term.
We don't discriminate.

So the status of women in my nation is same to the status of men

For the Fallen Angels, discrimination or abuse on basis of gender or gender identity is strictly against company policy, and repeat or egregious offenses of this is grounds for firing. By which I mean being fired upon with live ammunition.

There are pragmatic reasons for this as well. Following the global nuclear war, the world population is significantly lower, and any attempts at repopulation have been sluggish and not particularly helpful: personal survival is not guaranteed, let alone survival of offspring, and radiation levels are high enough that there are many stillbirths. Thanks to low surviving population, there honestly aren't enough men for patriarchy to even be sustainable. Not that we'd really want to promote it to begin with: our leader and founder is a woman.

So our policy is unofficially thus: all persons are equally worthless if they don't have money.

Everyone treated equally. Suffrage was granted in 1896. Active combat roles since 1967.

Same situation as Hobbes Dystopia. Even long ago, discrimination based on gender was nearly nonexistent, and one who believed in such discrimination was considered mentally unstable by default.

Our socialist republic always has embraced equality. Women share the same duties and rights men do, to 100%. Consequently our armed forces have a female percentile of 44%, and universal service is compulsory for everyone. The fascists didn't discriminate, and neither did our herioic partizan ancestors. We may be the last small remnant of the once proud Boroslav Socialist Federation, but we will keep our traditions and ideals alive. Socialism with a human face!
