Best NS Nation?

There's a thread out there asking what is the best, real life country to date. So I was wondering, what would be the best NS Country in the world (besides your nation of course)? Why? Is it the ability to write stupendous proposals for the WA, or it's beauty and culture? Is it it's military might? Or is it just because you've had many similar opinions? Or is you nation and the other united by a common language?

I would say Sionis Prioratus, because he can write pretty good proposals. Or any of the mods, for just sacrificing their NS time keeping 60,000+ nations in check.
