Not jet, all we need to do is to make them figure out how doomed they are so that they are sent running from our blessed globe, then all we have to do is wait until we figure out how the heck to beat up the laws of physics and steal their lunch money enough to travel faster than light and have the rest of the universe bend over on their knees and welcome us as their masters as the tales of our superiority most likely would have spread over the universe by then.

Ideally so would we celebrate tea time on countless worlds under our rule the next day.

The WA would do nothing. They aren't allowed to have Nuclear Weapons or force. Even all the nations united would still present a problem, we all have our ideals and beliefs. This makes it impossible for us to agree on anything. It would take a while because a bill would have to be passed. By that time the world will be in chaos. The WA also does not have a secretary general unlike the United Nations. So there can not be an executive breaking a tie. Each nation would have to basically form a pact and re-establish world communications as it became available or convenient.
