I'm guessing you don't have a particularly advanced economy, then? Or do all of your local provinces just have money? I wasn't sure, based on your post, since you suggested both.

Recession is hitting pretty hard I guess. I had already posted on here, but my nation's currency wasnt anywhere near as bad as it is now. Looks like we hit about $19 in the negative.
