Universal Healthcare?! Of course we don't have it! We have no use for stupid and wasteful systems that drain the government of funds that should be used for more noble purposes. We do have a completely privatized healthcare though.

Yes. Health services are provided by the government through a system known as Community Health.

Well said. The Riyuil Assembly of Yvenia does not sponsor universal healthcare nor education, for doing so would threaten the integrity of the Yvenian Mark. Local villages decide on to whether pay for the costs of their clients or to have the client pay for medical treatments. Thus, only a few villages in Yvenia sponsor Chieftain-provided healthcare funds.

Of course we have a universal healthcare system, which every working Tsvarchivan is obligated to pay into. The very concept is enshrined in our Bill of Rights.

We have high-quality universal healthcare, but allow those with the money to purchase extra health care, with the money going to improving the basic national healthcare system.

We do have a public universal healthcare program, however citizens have the option to opt out and purchase services from private healthcare providers instead.

Dentisty, yes.

For other things, yes for those aged 70 or younger but not those who are older then 70, they have to go private or suffer.

Not in the tradtional sense. We do have universal coverage for emergency treatment and basic treatment. However, small scrapes and cuts which require no more than a band-aid or some other small dressing are turned away as they are considered a "waste of time" by hospital staff who feel they could be attending people that need their help. By law, each citizen/permanent resident is required to choose a health insurance plan from a range of government approved health inurance providers. All non-essential and elective treatment and surgeries are paid for from the health insurance plan. If an injury requires some form of non-hospital treatment or recovery, there is a public fund available called the Public Injury Recover Fund (Fondo Público de la Recuperación de Lesión) or FPRL, in which people can apply for a loan to help them with post-hospital treatment and recovery and is paid back to the government in an annual lump sum.

No, we're not an evil nation. We have a private and charitable system of medical professionals who are free to do what they love, which is healing people, and without meddling from the government.

All people must enroll in a system to pay taxes, for which the money goes to a broad health insurance given to all citizens.

Yes and No.
Yes in the sense that Nepal National Healthcare Service does exist and may be considered to be as free; no in the sense that it is not actually free. To expand on that, if you wish, you can opt out of the NNHS, which will therefore ensure that you will have to pay for your own healthcare but in return you get a tax break. If you don't decide to opt out of NNHS - you dont get the tax break but you dont have to pay for your healthcare directly either.

Classical liberal.
  • My nation is called the Dangish Empire, officially
  • The population is circa 500 million
  • It is an imperial federation
  • The term Dungeyland while only technically referring to one colony can be used for the entire Empire (think Holland)
  • The Dangish Empire is a constitutional monarchy, our monarch is Queen Ellen I
