Public and private health systems are available. Costs for private health care may be paid by health insurance, normally employer-sponsored. If you visit a public facility, the facility will be subsidized by the government, but you must still pay a fee. Marventis has a high life expectancy, and a basically universal system, but it is recommended to take advantage of an employer-sponsored health insurance plan or to purchase it on your own.

Of course not. Our entire healthcare system is privately operated.

Physical health:

No. Providing free mechanic services will only allow their real problem to go unabated. The inability to figure out how to get ahold of a new part and bolt it on is a mental defect, and mental defects are handled by Debugging.

Those who don't have any bugs are on their own. If someone can't afford parts, they're expected to steal them or make their own. If they refuse to do that even when they have their full mental capacities, they are un-Decepticon and belong in the slag anyway.

Mental health:

We're all heavily-armed by law, so having people going nuts would be a very bad thing. It's also known to be harder to fix scripting errors and failed chips by oneself, since such conditions often affect perception, intelligence, or both. Therefore, State-paid Debugging and mind-hardware maintenance services are available to all citizens through the local Debugging Centers.

Those who don't like that the Debugging Centers are paid for by Raid Tax are out of luck. All nutcases will be dragged into Debugging whether they like it or not, lest they decide that randomly shooting up the place is some kind of good idea.

Universal Healthcare is in our Commonwealth, like government interference, reviled. It gives no incentive for the plebs to earn money if everything is given to them on a silver plate, as well as giving very little incentive to take any form of individual responsibility if the government is there to baby them. As such, we have also rid ourselves of state-supported schools in favour of private schools and church schools, all funded by the parents, Universal healthcare in favour of insurance companies, Social Welfare in favour of private charity, &c. If those proles don't have money to pay for it, then, obviously, they aren't working hard enough- that's how capitalism work, and we don't take any socialism here.

Only the public health system are universal and all treatment and care is covered under the individual's mandatory health insurance. Private hospitals will give preferential treatment for those who can afford it. Both systems are still high quality.

Stolitland's healthcare system is entirely private. Our great nation does not have universal care, although plenty of companies offer low cost options for low income residents.

Universal healthcare does not exist in our nation. There are several laws governing standardized medical practices and procedures, but the government provides no public healthcare whatsoever, because this is unnecessary and would be terribly inefficient.

Instead, all healthcare is controlled by private companies. These companies are strictly regulated by the government to keep them in line. Their healthcare is inexpensive enough that virtually all middle-income citizens can afford it, and because of the iron-fisted regulation, predatory backstabbing insurance practices are unheard of. In addition, the government hands out massive amounts of welfare, which allows the less fortunate to easily purchase health insurance if they desire, and then some.

As a result, virtually every citizen of our country is health-insured.

Neutrality Force got a mandatory Health Insurance. Corporate or Government. If you get caught without a Health Insurance you will be place on a Government plan with 2x pay for a year. After a year normal rates apply.

All Hospitals are government own but it products(Hospital equipment, Medicine, and etc) are best handled by the corporations.

not as such. all doctors/nurses/med tech staff are employed by the Juniian government with a $10 co-pay per visit. a portion of taxes collected goes to paying the medical Care section. Businesses doing business in reguard to healthcare get tax breaks.

We do not have a government-operated or mandated healthcare system. However, everyone certainly has acccess to some form of healthcare, whether it is through your employer, your pocket, or, if nothing else, your shaman.

We in Purpelia not only have universal health care, free and equal for all (save for the Arch Duke who has a private doctor due to fear of assassination) but our laws also outlaw any other form of health care. In other words, you have to go to the public hospitals since private practices are illegal.

On the plus side, health care really is good (if you don't mind the lines) and completely free for all as medical insurance is simply tallied up into your monthly tax resit. On a side note, all Purpelian citizens are ensured from birth. And it is illegal for hospitals to treat those that are not ensured. What this means is that foreigners like tourists and illegal immigrants better stay healthy for they will not find any help in the medical centers.
Purpelia does not reflect my actual world views. In fact, the vast majority of Purpelian cannon is meant to shock and thus deliberately insane. I just like playing with the idea of a country of madmen utterly convinced that everyone else are the barbarians. So play along or not but don't ever think it's for real.

Likewise, lifestyle drugs (such as viagra) are not subsidized or funded by the government.

Yes, single payer funded thru the income tax, and a company payroll tax...we also have private not-for-profit insurance agencies to pick up the cost during hard times...most of our hospitals are privately owned.

Active healthcare, including vaccinations, antibiotics, and hospital care, is virtually unknown for the vast majority of the population. The greatest health precautions are made by environmental industries when possible, and most of these passive improvements in health have only resulted in permanent population booms and the subsequent return of health quality to previous levels. When they develop, illnesses often go untreated and untreated illnesses regularly lead to death. Fortunately, despite the high mortality rate associated with diseased Lanckam, few Lanckam suffer from debilitating diseases; of this percent, nearly all cases are strongly linked with pre-existing emotional stress, and many of those cases that remain can be attributed to lack of certain nutrients.

Nationally-funded healthcare is outside my sisters' ability to efficiently provide. Our mothers and fathers have helped themselves for ages, and we sincerely hope our cousins remain able. Healthcare is handled by the family when it needs to be handled. Families are large where garden dwellers are born, and so they usually prove more than capable of assisting their daughters and mothers, more so than my guild could hope to do themselves...

Not being a bunch of barbarians, we keep the gov't confined exactly to those fields where gov't is required. Health care is not one of them; however, given the Front Range's prosperity and the quality of our competitive medical establishment, which can afford the best and brightest, the overall quality of healthcare here is excellent. Those few who cannot afford healthcare or insurance are almost always covered by church or private charities.

Overall, we much prefer third-rate healthcare for everyone who wants it to first-rate healthcare for "everyone".
