The Royal Embassy Program (REP) was created in 4556 to create a strong unity between Cornelia and the nations on the planet, It was created between many nations, first used by the nations of Larellia and Slavalia, in which the two would form Larellia-Slavalia, a united republic which would later help form the nation we currently now as Cornelia, named after the third planet from the systems sun. The REP is the governmental department with the responsibility of promoting the interests of the Queen overseas, supporting the nations citizens and organizations internationally, and most importantly, expanding the Queendoms growing list of diplomatic missions domestically, regionally, and in the intergalactic public.
Our select list of professional and noble diplomats have important skills in understanding and influencing what is happening around us, supporting our citizens who are visiting and living in different nations, helping to manage migration into the nation, promoting Cornelian trade & annexations and other interests with in the galaxy and encourage foreign interest into the nation.

Introduction
Cornelia, officially the Queendom of Cornelia or The Empire of Cornelia, is a country in the northern parts of the Orion Arm with in The Milky Way Galaxy, with Fourteen Colonies outside of the current system, Most surround the areas of the Polis and Ragia and some are shared with the Mars territories. Cornelia is a federal constitutional Imperial Democratic Matriarchy (as of now) consisting of 300 states, 500 counties and 14 colonies, its capital :Lestenia: and largest city is tied between Larellia's former capital, Jarivon and Slavalia's former capital, Mostrain. It covers an area of 7,926.41 miles (12,756.32 kilometers (33,880.22 Grodio)) and the Homeworld has a varied climate of Tropical forest, woodland, a desert and mountain ice caps.
It's closest neighbors are Allisa 5 (the planets moon which is it's own country), Tyrannus Moria to the Northern sector, Valkhera to the southeastern sector, Earth to the southern sector, and Fraith to the South western sector. The Queendom of Cornelia is the fourth country in the Galactic Alliance, a Diplomatic and galactic Super power which relies on the galaxies most influential leaders, the GA is also called the Galatic Alliance in Aegi tongue.
In foreign affairs policy, a strong rush to increasing foreign relations was so far successful do to the past two ruling families, with 88 percent wishing to do more with the nation and the galaxy so far. This has lead to massive reforms to the diplomatic missions the nation participated in.
As a Species, the nation is primarily Aegi, the natives of the Homeworld. Aegi are the closest living relatives to humans, more so than Chimpanzees, Aegi have longer ears (in a shape similar to a knife in some ways) and have larger eyes (which were used for night hunting, Aegi used to have claws but that was phased out long ago.
Rules and regulations
Currently the ideals of keeping the land clean is currently underway and massive building projects are making it hard to make Cornelia a good Embassy space. To make up for this, we created a Space Station with a massive Bio Dome, the Station is called Daios 997-T1. Daios is the largest Space Station that Cornelia created and is in a gravity field to keep it in a rotation around our star, the Space Station is around the size of the planet Mercury.

Rules, regulations and requirements
i. Embassies within the Empire are required to be established in the name of peace, security, friendship and the citizens. This means all military based actions will have to be justified and explained to the Cornelian government.
i.i. Applications that do not abide by this requirement will be rejected.
i.ii. Nations with embassies within the Empire who fail to abide by this requirement will have all diplomatic staff deported and the embassy building will be vacated following a fair trial.
ii. All Ambassadors (or equivalent) are granted diplomatic immunity.
ii.i Invalid if linked to first-tier crimes as defined by the Declaration of Victim Right(s), which include murder, manslaughter and serious violence.
ii.ii. Diplomatic immunity is not granted to other diplomats, apart from the Deputy Ambassador (or equivalent ranking diplomat) when the Ambassador is not appointed or unavailable.
iii. The section given is within the embassy Station is established upon is under the sovereign rights of the nation it is controlled by, but it is subject to inspections, it is owned by the owner of the embassy.
iii.i. This means that the land will be maintained by the owner of the embassy, similar to private properties.
iv. Once diplomatic staff leave the grounds of the embassy building, they are expected to respect laws and property of the Queendom and her citizens.
iv.i. This means that weapons are not permitted outside the grounds of the embassy building without being licensed for public ownership by the Ministry of Private Affairs.
v. All weapons must be inspected and certified for private ownership by the Ministry of Private Affairs. A maximum of one rifle per security staff member, two side arms per security staff member and three other weapons (swords, knives, pepper spray, tazors, etc) per security staff member are allowed. Armed vehicles are strictly illegal.
v.i. Uncertified private ownership of weapons within the Queendom is a vindictive crime, and all diplomatic staff will be deported and the embassy building will be vacated.
vi. There is a limit of ten diplomatic staff members, five security staff members and twenty service staff members allowed.
vi.i. Medium embassies have a limit of ten diplomatic staff members, five security staff member and sixty service staff members.
