Imota was originally colonized by Japanese adherents of Shinto who established villages on some islands in the South Pacific sometime in the 10th century. They then lost contact with the Japanese home islands and developed on their own until the 1930's, when they allied themselves with the Axis forces in the Second World War. They were then invaded and surrendered to the Americans, who rebuilt their theocratic government along more egalitarian lines. This is the Imota that exists today.

[Techno-Soviet]

My 'nation' (moar liek interstellar empire) was founded in what is officially 2153 A.D., nearly a century after it was launched from Earth by the European Union as part of a deep-space, extra-solar colony project. Over two million people were stored in cryostasis, along with what amounts to an armored division and larges amounts of terraforming equipment. Eventually, the ship encountered an error along the way to it's planned destination and was stuck in 'hyperspace' for about 98 years. After a good portion of breaking down, engine burnout, etc. the ship exited hyperspace near a small planet.

The colonists named the planet "Home", due to it's resemblance to Earth, although it was slightly larger. The colony ship, completely exhausted of oxygen and Hydrogen-3 (the primary component in nuclear fusion), touched down on the planet. After a few months of working, the colony was fully established and had what amounted to a small nation. After about a year on the planet, they declared themselves independent from Earth and established a technocratic meritocracy to help them deal with the local problems.

The biggest of these 'problems' were the planet's natives, what are now classified as Homo S. Felis or Homo S. Felinae. Anyways, these nekos had a civilization built on their pretty little orb and naturally they were locked in a Cold War. Because hey, what self-respecting planet doesn't have a Cold War between two similar but ideologically different superpowers? So, the colonists landed in the "evil" superpower, but was pretty much akin to the US. That is, it had a democratic, federal government and an extremely advanced military.

This ridiculously large, nuclear equipped army came bearing down on a small group of two million colonists with nothing more than a division sized element of weekend warriors armed with plasma torches and power loaders. Okay, maybe that is an exaggeration, because the division was more akin to one of the European Union Battlegroups than an actual division and was equipped with main battle tanks, assault rifles, powered armor, etc.

So, after a good few months of fighting against what was later determined to be nothing more than a few divisions of reservists and a small battalion of regular Army units, the colony was finally recognized by the governments of the planet. (The fact that they had the colony ship's point defences shoot down a couple nuclear warheads in mid-flight helped a little, too.) Skipping ahead a few centuries, the planet was eventually united into two hyperpowers, one overseen by a meritocratic council (aka me) and another by a small group of military leaders.

After a massive war that involved the use of anti-matter weapons (since nukes have a nasty habit of leaving radiations), the military junta surrendered and was absorbed into the unified government, now called the Hegemony. This "Technocratic Hegemony" later focused it's (dwindling) resources onto a project similar to the very one that created it. However, this time there was no massive error in the flight control computer and the first planet was successfully colonized.

Rinse, lather, repeat a few hundred thousand times and you have what you see today.

The economic crisis of 2008, and the contested U.S. election of 2012, which was decided by the House of Representatives by one vote exacerbated regional tensions and eventually led to the Second Civil War. The end result was the spliting of the U. S. into several pieces. The northeast and Great Lakes states joned to form what would become Maineiacs. The addition of Eastern Canadian provinces in 2055 led to the "Atlantic Republic" which changed its name to Maineiacs 33 years later. Greenland joned the country in 2096, and the Carribean islands were added in 2107. The Free Land of Maineiacs became the Liberal Utopia of Maineiacs after the fundamentalist coup of 2109-2110 was ousted.

Weylara was first settled by an ancient, technologically advanced race called the Ceyatari, whose empire encompassed much of the area around the planet Weylara is situated on, Adiss. After centuries of peace, they left the world and all their others for places unknown, and their human worshipers founded Weylara on Adiss.

That was 2,651 years ago, and since then, we've come in leaps and bounds technology-wise, but still stick to the worship of the Ceyatari, and their twelve leaders, who are our main deities. If Weylara was compared to the real world, it'd be set in about 2567.

We began colonizing offworld in about 1675, and had control of several planets of varying size by 1708, with small but quickly growing settlements.

In 1723, the Great Shift occurred, with Empress Fiyrna Kel'lara desposed and thrown in prison on the colony Bel'deburr. Emperor Michael Glurne took power, and reigned supreme until 1728, when a risky plot involving a helicopter and dial-up internet, against all odds, succeeded in killing him.

In 1832, the colonies were each as large and prosperous as Original Weylara, on the home planet Adiss. Later, collaboration between several other nations succeeded in establishing an empire on Angolis, which exists to this day as the Justiciable Empire of Angolis.

Recently, Weylara became a member of CAG (Collaboration of Allied Governments) an organization which has a colossal combined territory. Today, our civilization maintains a large space fleet for exploring and establishing new colonies. Weylara now has over 11 main colonies, with dozens more small ones.

[Tybra]

Earlier Civilizations (5000-1000 BC)
Due to Tybra's island status it has been isolated for a long time due to the harsh sea, yet this also created Tybra's unique political system. Yet despite Tybra's unique architectural styles and art, tybra was not the original civilization. Below the holy city of Libra, lies the ruins of an ancient city of the race of A'nkh Toth. This civilization seems to have many similarities with the lost civilization of Atlantis yet because of it's still unknown language lot's of it's knowledge its gone. Yet they were assumed to be masters of Mathematics and designed an earlier concept of the solar systems, shockingly similar to ours. Many of that knowledge is now lost.

Due to a disaster of unknown origin (a volcanic eruption has been considered the most logical one) The civilization has ceased to exist. Yet many of its ruins still stand and were even used 2000 years after the civilization was lost during the age of kings.

Early Tybra history (1000BC -266 AD)

The early ages of tybra can be considered dark. Art and Knowledge were lost and tribes roamed the lands. During this era of chaos one tribe obtained knowledge of the ancients through metal forging and created the first army. Tybra's northern tribes were united by force of this one tribe under the rule of the Father of Kings.

Southern Tribes in the east or desert tribes were united by religion, as they were surrounding themselves around the ruins of the ancient A'nkh civilization. They strongly believed that the gods lived in these ruins. Later on it was discovered they were worshipping a mere mechanism yet this had impact in later history and tybra's fascination in technology.

The Eastern island tribes were feared fishermen and dared to fish in some of the most dangerous seas at that time.

During the rule of the Father of the kings he began a massive expansion south and west yet failed to expand and control the eastern tribes.

Dominating now both the northern tribes and southern tribes after a fierce war the Father of Kings died leaving the land in the hands of his sons. though there were 5 sons the land was only split in 4 kingdoms, leaving the youngest in anger he left towards the eastern tribes and founded his own kingdom through diplomacy.

The era of kings (267 AD- 990 AD)

During the era of kings, about 500 years after the rule of the Father of Kings, the kings had lost their historical bloodline. Rather they warred against each other surrounding themselves with nobility which leeched of their ancestors.

It was a time where there was still little focus on science and there was an extreme emphasis on weapon development considering this was often the part that gave the additional weight to win combat.

The coming of Lord C and the birth of the Empire (1166 AD- 1186 AD)

As time passed the land was disrupted by wars between its king and progress was at a stand still. The people or rather the peasants and common folk desired a hero that would end these almost a millennia long wars.

During a raid in one of the border villages they obtained what they desired, a masked man whose mask was engraved with what is now the coat of arms of tybra.

It was a start of a peasant rebellion which quickly engulfed the western kingdom . At his height, the people turned against the king and he was dethroned and contained in his dungeon. Lord C proclaimed a new kingdom one above all in which man can live in peace all having an equal chance in life for he was the reflection of their desires. Thus the Empire was born created by a politician who was a military genius swiftly taken out the armies of the Western kingdom taken them down.

Side note: The Empire Western, Northern Eastern and Southern Kingdoms were their original names. The official names in Tybra language for north east south west were the names of these kingdoms.

Unification of Tybra and the path of enlightenment (1186-1588 AD)

The moment the Empire was founded the remaining kings, under the pressure of their supporting nobility, declared war upon the Empire. Their official reason was the proclamation of an empire which stands above on the same place as the gods which was heresy. As an empire's response they began an invasion of the Southern kingdom which was the capital of Tybra's main religion.

The Empire's forces became the first professional army in Tybra giving soldiers the capability to rise in rank, this due to the fact that the Empire did not have any nobility, creating an effective command.

While the army defended the Empire on choke points between Tybra's mountain ranges, several division used fisherman boats to gather up in the southern kingdom, there they moved to it's capital and attacked it from within conquering the capital and the temple which was the capital of Tybra's main religion. Legend has it that Lord C himself had conquered the temple.

With the southern kingdom fallen, Lord C crowned himself Imperator, The Empire gained the title Holy Empire due to the control of the Temple. Following the teachings of the Temple, the northern kingdom was in shatters with it's people revolting against the king who was now going against an Holy Empire. This revolt made the king forced to negotiate terms, yet he was forced to fully surrender and his kingdom was absorbed by the Holy Empire. Why the king would surrender his kingdom like that is still unknown to this day.

All that was left now was the Eastern Kingdom consisting out of islands it was less religious and refused to join the empire, yet it's reliance on trade made it difficult to not ignore the Holy Empire. Not long After the King died without leaving an heir it was decided by the people to join the holy empire. Now whole of Tybra was unified and the Holy Empire of Tybra was born.

[Herrebrugh]

My nation is in the middle of the atlantic ocean and it is believed by many that it is Atlantis. From 2000 BC to 1643 BC Herrebrugh was not controlled by a government. There was ultimate democracy. (some people call it anarchy) On 1643 the Dutch started colonizing the nation. The leader of the company of colonists was Jacobus Herrebrugh. He called the nation the "Herrebrughische Vrystaat" or the Herrebrughian Free state. Just after world war two in 1945 the Herrebrughian Free state became independent and was then called the socialist states of Herrebrugh under the secretary general Maza Kamaruka. With the death of Kamaruka in 1995 the whole state was reformed. The Hiadentship was founded. A Hiadentship is a state with the right things of communism but not the bad things like there is no secret police and everyone is allowed to do wat they want but if the state wants to nationalise a company they are allowed to do that. The Hiadent was a descendant of Jacobus Herrebrugh, Jos Herrebrugh.

[Breotania]

The first city was founded by the legendary (in Breotania, at least) viking warchief Holmgar, who sailed with his people in the seven flaming longboats to find riches in the land of Azurjadin. Today this city is named Holmgarow ("Holmgar's" or "The city of Holmgar" in the Old Breotanian tongue) and is the nation's current capital after the grand revolution which brought our leader Robert Fafnir.

Nobody knows the exact date in which Holmgar sailed for Azurjadin, but carbon dating at the oldest preserved settlement has revealed that he may have arrived in the region around 1000 CE.

This Nation Begian as a Monarchy until the Failings of a Constitutinol Monarchy brought a Republic that lasted many Years. we made Paris our captial and Lived in a Balanced Republic. But we fought many wars and soon a change came after our Great Depression.

The Great Depression changed us causing new Social Programs and Enviormentalist Programs. History Land became a Two Party state The Green Party and The Progressive Party. Consertives were left out.

President Aryan O Brian a Irish Immigrant was the last president of the Republic The Green Party and The Progressive party soon merged into The Social Justice Party.

When the New Midterm Elections gave The Social Justice Party a Dominating Number of Seats giving only the Conservitives only 5 seats and New Laws were passed making 60 seats neded to vote and make laws in Congress.

The Last Straw Finally came when the Military spending was was being lowerd to go into a new Public Healthcare System.

The Military under the General of the Army marched into Paris and aressted President O Brian and the Social Justice Party Members.

The poast of Supreme Dictator was created to Rule the Nation and The Conservative Party still worked with The Social Justice Party with The Social Justice Party being weakeend.

Until The Constive Party was decalred only the Legal Party after a Rare Election Destroing the Left making History Land a Right Wing Military Dictatorship.

[Scraquos]

The Adeptus Mechanicus Ex Deus of Scraquos was founded through a series of incidents. The world of Terra, a terraformed world designed to look like Earth, was settled originally by a mixture of American, Russian, Japanese, and Australian colonists, arriving from the United Earth Space Federation. About fifty years after their arrival and establishment of a colony city- New Washington- the United Earth Space Federation (UESF) collapsed, and all it's technology stopped working with it (or at least most of it). Around one-hundred and fifty years past with the citizens of Terra managing to regain some technology, allowing them to establish a level of technology equal to that of the European nations on earth in the mid 1600's. Approx. twenty-five years after that point, an earthquake caused some old, still working technology of the UESF, was forced to abort its current operation- in this case a stasis tube containing the body of Scraquos the Eternal, inventor of nanotechnology and bionic technology. Scraquos had almost all of his body replaced with bionic (robotic) parts. When he awoke he saw the state of the world, which had slavery, mass-war, etc. and organized a revolution in which he took control of the world of Terra and established the Adeptus Mechanicus Ex Deus of Scraquos.

[The chrisman union]

The Chrisman Union was born out of the fall of the Chrismanic Empire. The Chrismanic Empire was lead by a corrupt dictatorship, with the people of Chrisman and several other nations being horribly oppressed. However, the dictatorship collapsed when several nations were "liberated" by foriegn powers. While the people were free, they lacked the resources that were brought in by other members of the empire. So, under a new democratic government, the old nations of the Chrismanic Empire bound together, and the Chrisman Union was born.

[Goias]

Goias is relatively isolated due to its mountainous borders, and thus was not settled until around the start of the medieval era by nomadic tribes and refugees fleeing from other countries. Thus, by 1500 the area of Goias was filled with small nation-states formed by a patchwork of different minorities.

By 1550 however, the area was consolidated into a few regional powers: Arasar, Garés, Senik, Estro, and Ladeira. The area was invaded by its neighbours The Azraq Empire and the Kingdom of Jelstan in 1568, which conquered every region except Ladeira and proceeded to colonize the regions with their own unruly minorities. Ladeira was forced to accept the suzerainity of Azraq in order to maintain its territory and a degree of autonomy while avoiding annexation.

Over the years, due to both countries' practices of colonizing the territory with minorities in order to reduce instability in the outer regions, the area of Goias steadily became ungovernable and prone to severe unrest. Border tensions eventually caused a war between Azraq and Jelstan in 1680. The Azraq-Jelstan War quickly turned into a stalemate marked by minimal advances on the front and repeated attempts to quell insurrections in both countries. In this atmosphere, Ladeiran armed forces quickly joined a revolt in Arasar in 1692, which spread throughout the region. The exhausted and bankrupt Azraq forces could not defeat the insurrection, and the territory was liberated by 1697. The independence of the newly-christened Kingdom of Goias was recognized by Jelstan and Azraq with the Yeshin Treaty of the same year. Shortly afterwards, the respective countries splintered themselves, replaced by a patchwork of small- and medium-sized countries, of which three bordered Goias: Antánas, Zeri and Morzame. Morzame and Zeri were taken over by the emerging Nezrak Empire in 1747 and 1761, respectively.

Once independence was recognized, the country was organized as the Kingdom of Goias. King Hasur was the first king of Goias, and for the next two centuries the country was ruled by the Hasur royal family. While popular among Goians and overseeing the country's development, the disastrous reign of King Satyakar (1789-1800) and the resulting popular unrest resulted in his deposition. Queen Rosana (1800-1850) spearheaded the transition to a constitutional monarchy and the creation of the post of Prime Minister.

Due to political instability and the authoritarian government of PM Jé Novan, Goias underwent a costly civil war between 1895-1898. Nezrak took the opportunity to annex Goias in 1898 after both sides of the war were devastated by the Battle of Ervor, and installed notorious traitor Marius Sençeta as Governor. Goias endured an oppressive regime under Nezrakian administration until the Great Awakening of 1945, when insurrections erupted all over Nezrak, insurrections which the Nezrak government ultimately proved unable to put down. While Goias secured its borders quickly and had its independence recognized internationally in 1945, the country's worst threat disappeared in 1949 when Nezrak was disbanded. Relieved of tension and warfare, Goias has been a peaceful, democratic republic ever since.

[San Guillermo]

The first of the two nations that make our united kingdom, Santos Rivera, started as a one of Spain's many conquests of Latin America. The colony of Trastamara was established in 1540 by the conquistador Don José Alvaro de Aramad, the ancestor to the royal family. In 1558, the colony became a viceroyalty, which it was for nearly 250 years.

In the late 1790s, Portuguese Brazil tried to conquer Santos Rivera (as the viceroyalty was now called) because it wanted to expand it's colonial holdings to the south. Led by José Gervasio Artigas, we won the battle with the help from other Spanish colonial armies and the Americans and as a prize, we were given all of colonial Brazil south of the Tropic of Capricorn (sans Sao Paolo) and the islands off Rio de Janiero, present day San Guillermo. In 1806, we went into another war, this time with the British (the invasion of the Rio de la Plata). Also with the help of José Gervasio Artigas, we won this and the choice to become an independent nation.

By royal decree of the Spanish king and the Vatican, on August 8, 1806, we became the Kingdom of Santos Rivera with the descendent of Aramad, Manuel Rodrigo de Aramad, becoming King Emmanuel I, and José Artigas becoming the Prince of Artigas and our national hero. However, Artigas did not want the title, so instead the king would transfer that title to the heir apparent of the throne (which we still do). We were the first nation in South America to become independent, leading the rest of the continent to the Hispanic wars of independence and the only one to adapt a kingdom-style government (until Brazil became an Empire in the 1820s).

The UKOB was formed by the Act of Union, When Hillpark, Great Apple, Great Clubland & Proud Ireland. Proud Ireland split in to Northern Proud Ireland & Southern Proud Ireland, the North remains part of Modern Britain.

When Proud Ireland became Independent it was made up of North & South but the North rejoined.

The Nation still has King Steven I as Head of State.

We were one of the first settled land in NS. Islam, judaism, and Christianity were all formed in our country, which brought great riches, wars, and disputes across our land. It didn't rise, it was basically the cradle of civilazation.

[Iglesian Archipelago]

The currently-called Iglesian Archipelago rose from a city called Ventanas (Los Vientos today) in 3557 BC. Much after that, the Iglesians expanded their country with an empire, which ended in 1895. In 1917, the democracy started.

[Discount Liquor World]

The Independant States of Discount Liqour World rose to power during an apopcalyptic civil war that had left the formerly amll but developed nation is ruins. The former government dissolved in the conflict and varied militias, factions and bands of vigilantes rose in the wake to continue the civil war. The economy imploded, the national currency, no longer backed by a legitimate government was subject to skyrocketing hyperinflation. Counterfieting among the factions soon resulted in a currency worth significantly less then paper it was printed on.

The only stable currency available to the war-ravaged people were the "Joe Bux" store credit cards redeemable at all Joe's Discount Liqour franchise locations. The store was the largest surviving corporate Joe Bux at the time of conception were directly redeemable for a set quantity of booze and were immune to inflation or counterfeit. The management capitalized on this and soon nearly every transaction was done with "Joe Bux". This allowed the management to dominate every remaining sector of the economy.

The wealth of the nation was suddenly within the hands of Discount Liqour World and was the single most powerful organization remaining in the country. People flocked to the security of the liqour stores to offer their services in exchange for the liqour-backed currency.
