RIDER is the main criminal of our nation. RIDER is a sufficiently advanced AI that went rouge and escaped it's facility by taking over a drone. RIDER commits various acts of cyber-terrorism on the people of Stone-Cold and continues to be a menace to our society. Scientists and Stone-Cold Police forces have been working tirelessly on trying to deactivate RIDER with some luck as now RIDER cannot commit acts of terror in certain districts but he still has not been brought to justice

An ancient tradition means that all Prime Ministers in Thespinia are automatically criminals, as during one period there were so many scandals performed by politicians they just decided to throw them all in jail at the start of thier term. It saved time in the long run.
Although they are no longer thrown in jail at the start of thier term, they are still automatically criminals, but usually each Prime Minister does well enough for a Royal Pardon. However, if they don't obtain a paardon, they spend a small period of time in a specialised prison, which is more like a 2 star hotel than anything else. Apart from thier politicians, there are few notable criminals in Thespinia, although a few Thespinian expats have gained notioreity, more for their "lax" moral standards than anything else.

He defied Democracy and refused to uphold the decision of the voters. It had been decided that he was not qualified for interior design, yet he continued to practice the trade, defying the vote!!
