Depends on who you ask, but most agree that it's either the Clone Corps or the Special Forces units.

The Clone Corps is comprised of Human troops who are the genetic clones of a number of different individual Humans.

There are the standard Clone Grunts, or Clonetrooper, the backbone of the CC.

There is no way to state for sure, the Army, Navy, and Air Force all use some very advanced equipment. Since we aren't that retarded we don't have a unit that exists just for the purpose of using the newest crap.

Kerinov fought along side his men during the war and was remarkably accurate. When given 75 rounds of 7.62x51 and an old FAL, he successfully put 31 head shots, 42 body shots, and only missed twice at 500 yrds. Today the Kerinov marksmen are among the worlds most accurate units. Kerinov Marksmen are trained for an entire 2 months of how to adjust between different weapons systems, ETA of hit, and urban combat marksmanship. They're usually outfitted with Sig-556 and Sig P226 or Kel-Tec RFBs and Vectors.

On a sidenote, the Kingdom, nor the Dual Monarchy as a whole, has any noticeable formations in which its quality is heavily atop that of the rest of the armed forces. Whilst the Praetorian Guards Division has long been, de-facto, albeit, acknowledged as such, however it is de-facto, and not de-jure.
