Bellganamos has an organized crime syndicate known as the Portside Mob in the northeastern port city of Ciercia. They are composed primarily of average citizens who fell into the depths of crime in order to make a few bucks. The Portside Mob was, and still is, the largest organized crime group in Bellganamos, as well as one of the few that was able to survive more then one year.

The organization was an extreme problem in Ciercia throughout the 1980s, it engaged in extortion, rackateering, selling of drugs, prostitution, gambling, inflitration of businesses, white collar crime, corruption of public officials, loan sharking, tax fraud, and murder. At one point, the Mayor of Ciercia was under full Portside control. In the 1990s, the Domestic Investigative Service launched the "Anti-Portside Task Force", and after three years of investigation, a massive, nationwide crackdown on the Portside Mob was conducted. Fifteen members of the organization were killed in gun battles with police and over one thousand members were arrested. Currently, the Portside Mafia is a shadow of its formal self. Much of its hierarchy and money gathering institutions were destroyed by the crackdown in the '90s, but it still continues low-level illegal activity.

One infamous member of the Portside Mob was Daniel "Danny" Wayne, who was responsible for a string of murders in 1988, including the triple homicide of the Mayor of Ciercia, his wife, and a person at their residence. Wayne also killed two Cercia police officers. He was killed in a gun battle with DIS agents in the middle of downtown Ciercia.

[Singapoura]

Ho Chi Manh Gang

The Ho Chi Manh Gang was founded in 1960 in Vietnam. Helping the Vietcong against the south. Alot of members are old soldiers. The gang spread to Singapoura in 2000. Althought it is a small gang (around 200 members) they are highly dangerous.

Crime involves: Vehicle theft, extortion, murder, rape, illegal prostitution and gambling.

Currently the police is doing a big investegation to arrest the core of the gang. Althought the gang is already crippling due the fact that one of it's leaders is arrested and waiting in jail, not enought evidence is found to prostecute the leaders and the gang. Which can lead to the end of the gang in Singapoura.

[Ruskarkand]

Name of organization: The Dragonslayers.
Brief history: Formed in the year 2667 when the Humans received basic civil rights (Such as the right to life), this group was formed by a Human Underground to exact revenge on the fallen Humans within Ruskarkand, and act as a terrorist group as much as a crime organisation.
Dragonslayers immediately made ambassadorial links with other nations, so as such that Ruskarkand cannot harm them on the grounds that they damage foreign relations.
They are seen as heroes to the Humans by the Human occupants of Ruskarkand, which goes beyond the Government as to how they understand HOW these guys can be considered heroes.
Current activities: The Murder of Dragonkin, Theft, Sexual assault, Rape, Extortion, Harassment, Terrorist activities.
Infamous members: 'Shade' - The groups eyes and ears, he in particular has killed a couple thousand of the Dragonkin, and moreso to our horrors, he exacted Sexual Assault upon some of the females, before beating them and leaving them broken and demoralized.
Any notable crime(s) the organization has committed:The murder of over 100,000 Dragonkin, expected to escalate into the million region within a few months.
They have also took assassination attempts on the leaders of Ruskarkand many times, and one even tried sexually harassing the High Dragoness in public.
What is being done to stop them: Well, all that we can currently do right now is station military on the streets of Ruskarkand, if we see any of their behavior, then we simply try and break it up peacefully, hopefully without escalation to violence.

[Samozaryadnyastan]

Unlike most criminals, who operate as individuals or small groups on individual jobs, organised crime syndicates have alliances, small arms, vehicles, a rigid command structure and denoted commanders and footmen.

They are thus viewed as insurgent groups by the Samozniy military, and are legitimate military targets. Given the massive firepower brought down upon such groups, organised crime is approximately nil, and is now largely limited to purely financial crime, such as bet-fixing and insider trading.
Whilst drugs are legal for personal use in Samozaryadnyastan, the black market drugs trade (formed to escape the regulated and taxed State drugs trade, and thus massively lower cost) is a hazard to citizen's health, with their occasionally toxic cutting materials and is combated with a similar level of vigour. The potential for corruption amongst soldiers (being paid to turn a blind eye) is high, so such operations are often actually conducted by Samozniy Spetsnaz rather than regular forces.

The massively anti-organised crime stance displayed by the People's Republic is that the PRS formed as the Independent State of Samozaryadnyastan in the early 90s to escape the corruption of newly-capitalist Russia. The corruption and mass disregard for society and law and order of organised crime show a desire to return to that which we escaped.

The largest syndicate before its destruction was a group known as Eros, who specialised in the drugs trade. They had stolen older Samozniy equipment from a nearby Reserve Depot, and attempted to take the city of Krasnoyarsk, before being put down in a colossal Shock and Awe campaign, which to date remains the only domestic deployment of THE FAMILY CAS programme.

[Tim-Opolis]

Name of organization-- The Korchnois

Brief history-- This organization rose as a pro-civil rights group against the Corporate Police State style of government that Tim-Opolis uses. The quickly switched to organized attack on the government, but have recently taken heavy losses due to Commander Tim authorizing the army to use deadly force against any suspected members.

Current activities-- Hiding from the government, pulling money laundering heists, assassinating minor government officials

Infamous members-- Sven Pacino- Only person to ever manage to loose a shot at Commander Tim. He missed and was publicly decapitated.

Any notable crime(s) the organization has committed-- Stole 400,000,000 Rin't of Ga'bukes from the National Bank of Tim-Opolis, Almost killed Commander Tim
