AoGP Flag idea book

OK guys here is the first desgin I came up with.

Diol, its a black flag, three dark red stripes with gold lining, golden wreath with three gold stars centered in the middle top to bottom.

AoGP = Alliance of Grand Powers. This thread is for flag ideas for my region.

In what way is it socialist looking?

As for the meaning, I hadn't put much thought into it. I suppose we can assign whatever meaning we like to the parts of the design.
