Greetings, heads of state, foreign advisors and ministers, government officials of the world. Neraan has decided, in the interests of opening it's invite to the world stage, that it should host a select opportunity for the opening of embassies in Neraan City, Neraan (the capital).
We are ready to accomodate various estate and embassy needs. Lots vary from 1 acre to 50 acres.
A note on the policies set by the Court of Extranational Affairs:
-Armaments and armoured vehicles are allowed. However, all but handheld assault devices must be stowed inside the embassy. Vehicles may not be armed.
-The maximum plot size is 50 acres.
-Biological,chemical,nuclear or other superweapons are not allowed in embassies.
-All delegates will be granted diplomatic immunity.
-The Office of the Executive Magistrate reserves the right to confrim or deny applications and ask for recalls of any staff.
