Strictly speaking, within Deszonia nudity is a civil complaint, not a criminal one. If a citizen is offended by a lack of clothing, a complaint may be made to civil enforcement authorities, who will then arbitrate on what penalty (if any) may be applied, given the circumstances, who the wronged party is, etc. Conversely, the same applies to people who find clothing offensive.
Some 'people' are sufficiently armoured against exterior conditions that any (trans)gender-specific anatomy is probably concealed internally, anyway, if it exists at all. Nobody gets offended when a ferroplast-plated drone doesn't cover its exoskeleton up, after all.

Alot of people dont like to do it, due to weather issues and privacy, but it is completely legal and you cannot be arrested for it, only detained if you are causing a disturbance

Nudity is completely legal in Regiria. There is no legislation on dress, only behavior. So long as one comports one's self in an appropriate manner, the government doesn't concern itself with what people choose to wear or not wear. Nudity is fully protected under freedom of expression.

Private businesses can set their own clothing standards, and employees must abide by the company's dress code. Clothing is required for certain occupations for health reasons (e.g., the food preparation and food service industries), or safety reasons (e.g., construction, fire-fighting, lab workers who deal with dangerous chemicals, welders). But for other occupations—such as lifeguard and swimming instructor—clothes are not necessary for the performance of the job or for safety, and thus need not be worn. Clothing is completely optional on private residences—one is free to wear or not wear whatever one wishes in one’s home, and to be nude without restriction on one’s property. Since there is absolutely no reason for human beings to wear clothes within their own domiciles, the majority of Regirians are nude at home.

Non-sexual public nudity is both legal and socially accepted. It is a common sight to see Regirians get their morning newspaper, check their mail, take out their garbage, water their lawns, do their yardwork and wash their cars in the nude. Citizens can also be seen going to the nearest convenience store, the gas station, returning movies to the rental store, going through drive-thrus and running various errands nude. Nudity is expected in bodies of water such as lakes and rivers, beaches, swimming pools, water parks, Jacuzzis, spas, and saunas. Wearing clothes would be regarded as odd. Citizens can frequently be seen at parks nude, throwing Frisbees, jogging, bicycling, having picnics, or just stretched out on a blanket basking in the sun (in weather conducive to such activities, of course). Most exercise in the nude at gyms (the word “gym,” after all, is short for “gymnasium,” which comes from the Greek word gymnos, which means “naked”), enjoying the total freedom of movement unrestricted by clothing, sweat evaporating from them thus keeping them cooler (of course laying towels over any equipment they may sit on), no sweaty clothing next to their skin, and being able to jump directly into the shower when finished. Bodybuilding competitions are held in the nude—since the entire purpose is to display the body, it doesn't make sense to hide any part of it with clothing.

Clothing was invented because of necessity, and now human beings have control of our environment to the point that we can now choose when or when not to be clothed. Because nudity is normal and natural, Regirians do not have a Pavlovian association of nudity with sex as other less civilized nations do who still have an antiquated nudity taboo. Hence, Regirians can see the nude human body as sexual in the appropriate circumstance and not see it as sexual otherwise instead of automatically sexualizing it in every instance. They're in control, as befits civilized human beings.

Public nudity is completely legal in Udema. It's not very common outdoors in winter; after all, we get plenty of snow and below-freezing weather even in the south of the country. But in the summer it's common to see citizens going about their business in the nude, especially when the temperature soars above 25 C. And on the beaches, of course.

Everyone is naked. Nudity is just a part of the culture in our nation and the nations of our planet, so really, there are no laws for or against nudity if that makes any sense.

If the weather gets terrible, people will wear very thin layers of clothing.

Using nudity to harass, alarm or distress others is an offence against the Public Order Act. It does not imply that public nudity is all out illegal but if it is done to harass, alarm or distress it is an arrestable offence.

NO MALE NUDITY!
compulsory female nudity, but only for the attractive ones ;)

No but seriously we have a dress code. our citezens cannot have their belly, shoulders, or knees exposed and clothing cannot have unnessesary holes in it unless they are simply a tear in the clothing that happened recently and you havn't had time to change yet. Also no bare feet!

There are no public nudity laws in Belkaros, though most communities have their own standards. The Emperor has been known on occasion to wear nothing but a podium during summer addresses.

Private communities and business organizations are allowed to set nudity standards on their premises.

Legal, but uncommon. Since nudists are not a protected group under any legislation, business owners may require that people wear clothes on business property.

Public Nudity for Non-Humans is completely legal, and also encouraged (Especially for the Dragonkin, since anything they have is naturally covered)
Humans however have it the other way around, being Illegal under all circumstances.

Public nudity is legal and common in Yannia, and compulsory in public pools. Certain jobs have a dress code, for reasons of safety, hygiene, and/or recognizability.
Yannia's nation page contains an error. The population should be in millions, not in billions.

At times, we have made nudity compulsory, only to repeal the law at the next session of the Marmot-Strangle (our wonderful and unique tricameral parliament) on the grounds that people thought, erroneously, that the people they would see naked would be people that they would actually want to see naked, and not people that would make them consider poking their own eyes out.

We have yet to make a decision on public nudity in Goremenghast, however, there has been a streak of "streaking" as of late, due to end of the scholastic year hijinks, and as of now, it is frowned upon, though not considered a civilly or criminally illegal act.

No laws exist against nudity with the exceptions of when necessary uniforms, safety gear, etc., are needed. Most people don't go nude because clothes and fashion are fun and we like following the latest trends and seeing each other decorated in color and art. Nevertheless, there is no prejudice against nudity. A body tattoo or painting is also art.

Another reason there is less nudity is when weather or buildings are too cold for comfort.

Public nudity is considered indecency in Terra Mariana, and depending on severity, can be punished anywhere from a fine to public flogging. In practice, these punishments rarely are invoked, since Marian people are generally conservative in their dress and frown upon exposing oneself outside the privacy of bathrooms and, obviously, most intimate moments.

In other words, while a streaker during a soccer game would definitely be detained and whipped on the spot as a warning to any other would-be followers, someone seen swimming naked in a sparsely-visited beach would just be reprimanded and asked to put on something to cover the privates.
