What is your nations average IQ?

On an Earthian IQ test that's standardized to the average of humans, about 450.

Putting in RAM and CPU upgrades is one of our national hobbies, after all.

For the glorious men of Andonam, the superior sex, our average IQ is about 111

Using the generally accepted Collegiate and Academia Associate IQ scale the average is 150 and climbing due to the academic nature of the immortal elves. Adjusting this score to the generally accepted scale for humans this correlates to about 683. If we remove the elvish scores and count only mortal provecti the score is about 120. This translates to about 547.

Please note that these scores are empirical, and not based on a bell curve as some other tests are. This test also contained specific fact based information to test general, knowledge, mathematics questions to test mathematical ability, and reasoning questions to test commonsense and reason.

Anyway, since we are simply normal humans it is about average, 101. Also, education has literally nothing to do with IQ.

Just over 150. Volmachtians are well-known for uncannily sharp minds, as well as a frightening proclivity for rapid learning. Not true at all.

You can be taught to properly identify patterns and train for tests, after all that is exactly what American schools do.

If anything, education has the largest part to do with it, and genetics the least.

100, of course, because the average IQ is 100. Setting it higher or lower just makes things more confusing.

If you include all sentient life, about 174. That includes the Super intelligent race of ~~Sentient~~Sapient Plants that have an average IQ of 224.

Excluding Hubors(The Sentient Planets) it is about 114 because we have technology that improves our brain functions and lets us think more organized and freely.
