we have no internet culture, the internet in Koyro is used purely for propaganda purposes and only State Authorized or State Run websites can be accessed, anyone caught "misusing (trolling ect.)" the Internet will be punished with great severity

In the old Nodsliw, the trolls would be executed on a video on the website they trolled on. In today's Nodsliw, President Nodsliw often trolls on websites himself.
